⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We experienced both the rooms and the pool villas and both were beautifully decorated with an authentic, welcoming feel. The tall ceilings and abundance of glass windows filled the spaces with natural light and framed the lush gardens perfectly. The pool villas felt private and luxurious, ideal for unwinding in your own space, while the rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to Joey, the head of guest relations, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was perfect. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a generous spread of fresh and varied options. Mövenpick offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and excellent service. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Mövenpick Hua Hin as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children aged 7, 9, and 11), and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our private villa with its own pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, was the perfect retreat and gave us a real sense of privacy and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team - reception, management, housekeeping, and restaurant staff - treated us with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The service was consistently attentive and genuinely caring, a true 5-star experience that made us feel at home throughout our stay. The resort itself is simply beautiful: a stunning tropical garden, a large pool with breathtaking sea views, and a serene atmosphere that makes it very special. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast offered a rich variety of both Asian and European dishes, and the Kampu Restaurant served food of outstanding quality - fresh, authentic, and always delicious. Thailand has always felt like a second home to me, as my mother is Thai, so authenticity is something I truly value. Mövenpick Hua Hin managed to combine Swiss hospitality with genuine Thai warmth in a way that felt both luxurious and authentic. We left with wonderful memories, feeling completely comfortable and cared for. Our family is already looking forward to returning. I had a truly relaxing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxing. The hotel environment was calm, the bed was super comfortable, and the service exceeded expectations. It felt like a real getaway. Thank you for such a peaceful experience! I would definitely come back again!

Serene setting. Beautiful man made beach and pool. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Joey, the manager, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Wonderful massages both at the spa and right beside the ocean. We had a private pool which was much cooler than the main pool, and for that reason, we were glad we booked it. The main pool is very relaxing and kid friendly though. The restaurants are nice. Food is good, but nothing mind-blowing. Loved the walkways to the rooms as it felt so tropical and authentic Thai. Great location close to the town, temples and other local attractions, and only a few hours drive from Bangkok. There's also a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk from the resort, which came in handy lots of times! Overall, a really nice resort offering a peaceful getaway and incredible value for money.

Savoring Food & Drinks

I’d like to share my recent experience at your hotel, which was unfortunately quite disappointing given the price point of over 7,000 THB per night. From the start, the booking process on your website was not smooth, and the staff member who handled my call didn’t come across as well-trained or welcoming. When I arrived, I hoped for a better experience. However, even at check-in, the service felt impersonal. There was no warm welcome or welcome drink, which I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I noticed that the breakfast service was insufficient and staff didn’t seem attentive to guests’ needs from room service. Although the property itself is beautiful and spacious, the room was not as clean as expected. Moreover, while dog food was provided, there was no option for cat food, which was disappointing since I had brought my pet cat. Overall, the service felt unpleasant and far below the standards that should come with the brand and price level. I truly hope the management team can take this feedback seriously and improve both staff training and guest experience, as the potential of your hotel is very high but currently does not match what guests are paying for.
