Really great hotel. Spacious room with balcony on the lagoon (560metres length) so straight out of room into the lagoon. Beachfront location. Buffet breakfast the best I ever had - huge amount of choice including made to order omelettes and smoothies. Great value.

It is said an old hotel but I found it maintained very well, room is clean and bright, staff are very nice, kids club and gym staff (Kimi , Poon, ..)are friendly and kind. Breakfast has many choices, swimming pool is big ! The only thing is not located at downtown hua hin so if you want to go downtown, you have to grab taxi(every trip around 150b,acceptable).

Stayed here for a few nights for a wedding and I must say, what a hotel grounds and venue! Will start with a slight negative hence the lower room rating - The rooms feel dates, they feel they were once superior but need renovating and bringing up to scratch. Our air con also was loud, and didn't provide as cool air as other hotels we stayed at on our trip, nothing major or to complain about at the venue but a point worth making. For me though the bed if it's comfortable and has air con... That's all you need, might have just been out room but not worthy of a complaint. The setting of this hotel is stunning, a pool around all of the hotel in a river style leading to the main pool is a brilliant idea and ground floor rooms benefit from direct pool access! The breakfast was exceptional - Thai / Asian one side and more western the other side, whilst certainly not myself, even picky eaters will find something. The beach side of the hotel is simply stunning also, with the pool leading to an infinity style edge overlooking a green before the beach. The hotel has many useful amenities and the staff are more than happy to assist in ANY requirement. The bars and restraunts whilst expensive cater for any taste, the beach bar for views and quietness or the sports bar for some drinks is a must! Honestly I would return in a heartbeat despite the cost above other 5 stars in the area, it would be worth every penny to stay again.

My 1st return in 5 years, I am still impressed with this place. Situated in Cha Am, the hotel is a good place for guests who like a calm and quiet environment. Room was spacious with a direct pool access for the 1st floor. All amenities are available for all your needs. Breakfast has great variety as always. One downside, rooms are not easily accessible for seniors esp. who cannot walk far or climb stairs.

Exceptional stay at Sheraton Hua Hin! Special thanks to Khun Phatcharawalai, the Loyalty Manager, for her outstanding service. We were pleasantly surprised with breathtaking ocean views for our special family trip. The entire staff was attentive and professional. Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and impeccable service throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a memorable beach getaway.
