We stayed as a family with baby (10m) for seven days. The room was nice and tidy but older compared to the other rooms we saw. The breakfast and dinner was really great with especially varieties of fresh food and fish. The bike garage and workshop are absolutely amazing and well equipped. The friendliness especially towards our baby of everybody on staff was exceptional. We want to highlight Tony from housekeeping, and Ines, Eva, Jose, Juan and Mari from serving during the meals. We have never felt so welcomed by any other restaurant or hotel. Overall we experienced a friendly and familiar like atmosphere everywhere in the hotel also among other guests.

With all the choices in Alcudia, we did extensive research before booking this hotel.  It’s a very well run resort with many many great attributes and a few weird things I’ll save for the end of the review. What’s amazing? 1. The food. These chefs create with innovative delicious dishes at every dinner that are fresh and healthy.  We are super healthy and particular and loved the food. So many delicious salads and a huge variety of fruit, vegetables and beef/chicken.  Beautiful desserts!!!! 2, Lobby and bar decor are really nice and comfortable - they appear to have had a recent remodel and really love the look 3. Rooms followed suit. Very contemporary and nice. 4. Weather was too chilly during our stay to use the pool but it looked really nice. 5.  Gym is solid. My husband worked out daily. 6. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful. What’s weird? We’ve stayed at many many AI resorts - some half board, some full meal plans. As other reviews mention, NOT OFFERING TAP WATER to half board guests is bizarre - an extreme example of “nickel and diming.”  Perhaps someone in the finance dept thought would be a good revenue source to require non-AI guests to purchase water at dinner but it rubbed us as petty and ridiculous.  Servers in the dining room seemed personally offended if we didn’t order the bottle of water.  As another review mentioned, they were somewhat rude about it. Also no water dispenser in the gym, which is highly unusual. Also, charging €1 for each new beach towel falls in this same odd category. Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Overall, a very nice and well managed resort in perfect proximity to the beach.  The oddities can be easy fixed if managers listen to guest feedback.

This hotel is amazing! It's very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and there's lots to choose from. The hotel is in a great spot. It's just a short walk from the beach and the city center, and you can get to the old town in about 20 minutes. The animation team, Deme and Milena, were awesome. They did a great job keeping everyone entertained with all the fun activities.

Wonderful hotel & excellent service from the very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily and the air con kept the rooms lovely and cool in the 34 degree heat. Delicious wide range of food at all meal times including plenty of vegetarian options - we were all inclusive which was best for us and our 4 children as drinks were continuously available throughout the day. Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 mins to the boat area and a 20 min walk to the beautiful Old Town. Honestly can’t fault this hotel, will definitely be returning.

After staying in a 4 star hotel near Palma I was disappointed by this hotel. It is very large, very busy and quite impersonal although the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The room on the 7th floor had a wonderful view from a small balcony with chairs and dryer but was quite small and old fashioned with the smallest tv I have ever seen in a hotel! It had a fridge and tea making facilities but no bottled water provided . The bathroom and bed were ok. The hotel had no parking. The spa and pool area and bar were good. The restaurant is large with some queuing at busy times and I preferred the terraced area outside. The food is generally average but better for breakfast than dinner. The location is on a quiet road close to the sea and beach. I did not experience the entertainment evenings! I would look for somewhere better next time.
