Thought I would book a little Solo trip for my birthday to relax. Are reading some of the reviews I was worried but so far it’s been a lovely relaxing holiday. The breakfast this morning was lovely and great food options, all the staff are really friendly and the hotel is lovely. Fantastic having the elevator to the beach, great location. My room is a sea view on the 7th floor with great views and plenty of space. House keeping has been today and refreshed my room, so far I’ve had a fantastic time.

The rooms were ok. The bed was hard as hell and the way the shower is set up causes water to go everywhere. The breakfast was great and the location takes you directly to one of the most beautiful beaches. I recommend adding a walking path from the boardwalk to the resort elevator so when people are dressed up and in heels you dont have to walk in the sand. If you walk on the street, the resort is at the top of the hill. Not bad but if you are older or out of shape it can be a steep walk. The customer service was great!!

I was expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, this hotel felt more like a 2-star. The room was basic and lacked comfort, and almost everything came with an extra charge, even simple things like a water kettle, which cost €10 to “rent.” For the price and supposed rating, the overall experience was underwhelming. When I arrived, I briefly parked in front of the hotel to check in and get access to the parking, but an employee came out and rudely told me to move because I was blocking the staff parking area. Unfortunately, there’s no designated unloading zone, and the night staff were not very welcoming. The morning staff, however, were much more courteous and friendly. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear every word our neighbours were saying.

We’re only 2 days into our Easy Jet holiday to Majorca staying at the Bahia Principe Sunshine Hotel in Magaluf. This hotel is 4* rated, but I’ve stayed in better 3* hotels. The refurbished rooms are just about acceptable . We were in the better recently renovated rooms over looking a beautiful bay. Nine floors up and the views are stunning. Thats’s the best thing I can say about this hotel. There has been no promised entertainment as of yet. The food is drab luke warm and tasteless. The restaurant is boring. No atmosphere for evening dining. I’m so very disappointed to have I spent over £2,200+ on a very disappointing experience. It was an Easy Jet holiday.

I had a stunning view from my balcony of Magaluf beach & room decore was nice but... Every time I showered the water went everywhere. Bathroom floor absolute soaked. The room was riddled with ants. Even in my bed & I was bitten. The room was directly above the outside bar generator, so that is all you heard. Air conditioning in the room and in the gym do not work properly. I had a hair in my breakfast one morning, when I complained the waitress smiled and shrugged. I like walking, but the location is difficult to get to even if you are fit. Its up and extremely steep hill. Beach access closes at 11pm via the back entrance. Lift access is a joke, you end up walking flights of stairs. The hotel has potential, but it doesn't live up to the ratings websites like TUI would have you believe!
