We stayed for 3 night, just for short party time, due to my friends birthday. Location of the hotel was perfect, modern and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Many clubs and pubs around hotel area, plenty of nice restaurants and local shops to buy some snacks and drinks. Perfect place for someone who is looking for a party and nightlife style. Our rooms were on the high floor with amazing view on the Sea. Hotel had a beach access and many sunbeds around the pool, so you always could find some spot to chill. Meals were in the Buffett style with good quality of food, local food was very nice and fresh, also friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here a few times now, stayed in the basic room first time around and it was good enough for the price. If you can afford extra to get the 'superior sea view room' I'd recommend it as it has a nice balcony and more spacious room. It's in a good location (although the hill is a killer to walk up late at night after a long day!) The views over the bay are superb. Pool & bar are good. The inclusive breakfast is decent and has a good variety.

The hotel lacked the charm of others in the area. The hotel is built on a cliff, with the reception oddly placed at the top and the rooms going downhill—despite there being road access on the lower floors(!why?). A single unreliable elevator and poor signage only added to the confusion. Amenities were very basic, soundproofing was terrible (at night, it felt like I was sharing the room with my neighbors), the TV for the name sake existed (no channels), and wifi was awful! Positive: the room was clean and the breakfast menu was okay. Overall, a disappointing stay.

One of the best view you will get if you book sea view side. Everything was wonderful. We had a half board. For the breakfast as usual 4 star quality. But for the dinner, for my baby i asked for grilled fish once, who made the grilled he was putting to much salt because i asked him for 2nd time. Again the next day same. So i understand that was restaurant policy (may be). Overall experience nice other that dinner.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, in September '24. Everything was ok, the hotel is big and has many facilities (+ bonus for the elevator that takes you directly to the beach). We had half-board meals included and seaview room, at 9th floor. The dinner is not "wow", but you get used to it from the 2nd-3rd day. Very varied and good breakfast. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, they must be paid separately. Any extra facility is paid for (safe box 3 euros/day, parking in front of the hotel 20 euros/day, minibar in the room - they had several packages). I didn't stay at the hotel pool, it looked nice... but the water wasn't heated. (although the pool was on the South side, the sun only came around 10-11 o'clock, and you stayed in a cone of shade until then). There are no free parking lots around the hotel, and the area is a bit on the "hill". Be prepared to climb a bit to the hotel, if you are on foot. Overall it was ok, we were not bothered by the noise of the Magaluf area or the other guests, it was perhaps a more chill period, being September. We were scared due to other reviews where they said that the hotel/area is noisy. Good thing I still booked here.
