Beautiful resort and hotel location. Staff are excellent in all departments, and pool bar is great for food and every drink is made with care, not like some all inc.
Pros :Beds are comfy and air con is great.

: balcony shower great for washing off beach sand
Cons: no British TV channels
: lift is a bit jittery and you have to wait
: not recommended if you have a disability, lots of steps
: maintenance of broken services needs attention (room phone, TV, poolside wooden blocks)
: sink not user friendly
: room is quite light due to balcony light
: glass around pool could do with a wipe more often..... For a better view out

I can not rate this hotel highly enough.
From the moment you arrive , the staff could not do enough for you. Every member is a credit to Barcelo hotels.
My partner and I had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful, roomy modern room. Spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was to the highest quality, so much to choose from. Love they offered cava for breakfast.
I enjoyed the Wednesday morning paddle boarding.
Pool area , peaceful and relaxing. 2 beautiful pools to choose from and always plenty of room to get a sun bed. Nicely positioned pool bar where you can get drinks and lunch.
Invariably our evenings would end up at the hotel bar area, which serves the most amazing array of cocktails.
I worked my way through a fair few, some being the best I ever have had.
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.

This was one of our best experiences ever! The rooms are spacious, and the air flows freely through them. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with simple but precise furniture, there is a place for everything! The shower outside is essential for a quick rinse after the beach. The pool areas are really good, and the wellness area outside is very inspiring! This place is a hidden jewel in one of the most beautiful parts of this magical island. You are surrounded by nature and bird songs! But the best of all are the people who make this place really special! The treatment is a thousand stars, and each individual makes sure you feel unique and welcome. We came in as customers and left with sincere friends. Our manager Mel made sure that we felt the love and care in this place. We'll definitely be back many times!

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, clean, and an extra bonus with the outdoor shower on the balcony.
Breakfast is fantastic, and the lunch at the pool bar is superb.
The wellness spa has some amazing treatments, 5 tried between us.
Fantastic Rosa gave me one of the best massages I have ever received and is incredibly knowledgeable in her area. I can highly recommend it!
All the staff at the hotel were super friendly and the service to a high standard. They were always looking out for you and a special thank you to Victor in the pool bar.
In regards to dinner, although all cooked to a great standard and a lot of pride going in to all of it, there could have been a few more choices as it was a little limited. However, the salad selection was amazing, plenty of choice and fresh.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and also go back if I had the chance.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. It is located in the right place and the whole place was immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a smile on their face. The food was excellent. The only downside was that some of the chairs in the pool bar and the room were a bit uncomfortable and the decking by the pool gets very hot, don't walk on it without flip flops on!
