We stayed in a 2-bedroom room with our 3 kids (ages 5, 8, and 10) and we absolutely loved it.
We chose the hotel mainly because of its location, and it turned out to be perfect. It's located next to the Kata walking street, with a 7/11 store right in front of the hotel, plenty of shops, pharmacies, massage parlors, and good restaurants. It's just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry service next to the hotel that delivers clothes when they're ready.
The hotel is ideal for kids, as it has 3 pools: one shallow pool for the little ones with a slide and some fountains, another slightly deeper pool with a larger slide, a volleyball net, and a climbing wall, and one for adults, which is not too deep.
Even though the hotel is not directly on the beach, there's a back door that provides easy access to the beach within a 5-minute walk, along with a spot to rinse off the sand when you return.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, not too crowded, and very tasty. There's also a section for the kids with a lower shelf where they can help themselves to food.
There are also activities for children. Every evening, there's a different movie showing, and you can buy popcorn, marshmallows, corn, and more (50 baht each).
The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds, a clean and spacious shower, and a balcony with plenty of hangers to dry swimming suits and clothes.
The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very well maintained, and you can see that they frequently check and fix the hotel facilities.
Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel because we wanted to stay close to Kata beach, we were here for four nights and took a family room which had a living space and a bedroom and a huge shower.
This was our first time taking a four-star hotel, so we understood we're looking for a more city Vibe kind of place than a resort.
Location - the location is great you're close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and a little night market.
Beach - it is 5 minutes walk that you can take from the back gate of the hotel, you have restaurants on the way that are pretty good
Room - they have a very spacious room and it has whatever you need to enjoy your vacation, it even has a small dining area. We did ask for a quiet room and we got a room close to the children's pool which was nice.
We did ask for a room with a balcony and got a room with a garden exit, I would definitely get the balcony so you can get some more privacy.
Facilities - other facilities in the hotel that are nice is the gym that is small but well equipped, a business room that has a pool table and is nice if you want to do some business calls. We didn't try the restaurant at all because the outside had everything and it was cheaper.
Kids - the kids pool is great plus every evening at 6:30 there was a movie played for kids on a big screen at the restaurant
Breakfast- it was nice and had a good variety, fresh and even had a kid's area where they could pick their food by themselves. Like all the hotels in Thailand you can find Western and traditional Thai food in the morning, fresh fruit, juice, pancakes and waffles..
Airport - we ordered a taxi in advance and because of traffic it took more than an hour to get to the hotel (and it is a bumpy ride so take it into consideration if you have nausea)
Overall this day was nice
Very clean and well maintained
If you are looking for a hotel that is in the center of everything at kata beach the best hotel could be a good option, it is not a resort kind of hotel so if you're looking for something more upscale you can definitely find it in secluded areas in Phuket.

Travelled with my wife and 8 year old daughter. The hotel was well located, within walking distance of a 7 eleven, shops, money changers, night markets and plenty of delicious restaurants. It had a great vibe at night and was family friendly. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were new and well appointed. The pools were excellent and we all loved the big slide and playing volleyball. The buffet breakfast had many options and was good/sufficient. Overall we loved our stay!

Stayed a few days in a two twin bed room. Room was spacious and clean, unfortunately it was easy to hear noise from the hallway and other rooms but not too bad. The elevators were fast! The grounds were large and had many amenities like billiards, movie nights for kids, large pool, splash pad, water slides, and a large restaurant.
The breakfast buffet is included with the room and quite excellent, we stuffed ourselves with great food and many drink options too! The juices and entrees rotated daily so didn’t get tired of the same options. Tried dinner once and it was the best pad Thai we ate in Thailand, simply delicious! The Penang curry was also quite good. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly, especially the price was great for the value.

I had the pleasure to spend a three night stay meeting up with friend in Phuket and must say that i really enjoyed this hotel. It is most convenient located, in the middle of Kata and yet very quiet and peaceful. We shared our time hanging out by the huge pool and the beach. The pool is perfectly located in the back of the hotel with lush gardens and plenty of space and sunbeds. Staff was outstanding and served us fresh fruit shakes and drinks along with a very good choice of food that we could have right on our sunbed or at the shaded restaurant. Rooms were well fitted and decorated with taste, quiet and convenient. A really relaxing stay all in all and i will definitely return !
