Good experience overall. The room was clean but basic. The food was not that interesting. You can taste that many things are store-bought. The pool and chairs were clean. Very good location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to the masseuses. They did a very good job.

Wonderful experience overall. The Food is immaculate and all prepared to the highest standards. No restaurant in Alcudia can compete with delicious, themed foods in Bordoy Hotel. The rooms and facilities are five stars. Absolutely gorgeous. And last,but not least- fantastic staff in the entire hotel,but special regards go to the restaurant/pool bar staff. Beautiful people. Will come back!

Disappointed! Room dirty, crumbs from previous occupant still there. Bed not made, cups left dirty until I complained. Floor not mopped and didn't appear to be swept daily. Stained towels. Shower tray dirty and rusty as is the whole thing. Rusty separator between rooms on balcony. Entertainment terrible. Two very young men on four nights very childish. No stage - two tables put together. No bar table service and queues every night to get drink. Whole hotel needs refurbishment or at least a very deep clean. Spoke to Jet2 rep who spoke to Manager who arranged a deep clean of room - still not satisfactory. Not 4* - might scrape a 3! Not a lot of room to sit inside when raining which it did on three occasions.

The hotel have a really good and friendly staff, the rooms are clean, reaturant is good and have a great service from thomas and in the bar juan, alba,carmen and ricardo from palm. Really lovely staff and animation was incredible big jhonny or big Dave 100% is adorable and Joseph is incredible person, we loved personally the hotel, beautiful vacation.
