Chose this place to have a calm area to stay in with my mum. Location is close to the old town and markets as well as close to the Airport. Its further away from the downtown areas and marina but thats what makes it so quite and nice for a retreat. You can stroll around the creek and chill.Downtown etc is about 15min taxi ride. Staff is very kind and thoughtful. It was very nice talking to them, service was on point on all areas. Special thanks to the front desk team. Breakfast is a diverse fresh Buffet. Would stay here again.

(I originally book here for my parents wedding anniversary but things didn't go exactly as we anticipated with my dad's arrival in Dubai so got no choice but to come with my mom instead) I called the hotel during the afternoon and no one pick up the phone maybe due to the number of guests they are checking in that time, luckily I was able to go through one phone call with this lovely lady around 6pm (after checking my email that we we're allowed for late check in) and she confirmed that our room is still available for us and that we can come before 12mn. (Because normally other hotels won't accept this much late check ins) Since my mom's working late and we were able to check in around past 11pm and still able to go through. Everything was really smooth from the reception until we go to our room. Though the room smells a bit off at first since the AC wasn't turn on when we came, we decided to go out first and have our dinner outside. When we came back everything is good. They provided all the necessary amenities every guest needs, the room was clean and the bed feels amazing (had a good sleep 💕) Most importantly the view and ambiance are really calming. Overall, me and my mom really had a great time in Canopy... Hope to be back soon 🙏 (Didn't get to take photos around but its the same as advertised 😎)

**Mixed Experience at the Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel for a short layover before my night flight. While I appreciated the effort the staff made in preparing a breakfast pack for me at 2 AM, my overall experience was less than ideal. The rooms were quite small and felt claustrophobic, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly despite my calls for assistance. I was grateful that my stay was brief, but I would recommend considering other options if you prefer more comfortable accommodations. However, the staff's attentiveness with the breakfast pack was a nice touch that I appreciated.

This is our first stay at Canopy Hilton. The location is not immediately by the bustling city but it is within walking distance to the metro station. In the area here there is a cool souk (market) and some wonderful food choices too. There is also a convenience store downstairs. The service of the hotel is top notch, and the breakfast is reasonably priced with good choices of food. The customer service is friendly and attentive. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

The check in was warm and welcoming. - very small rooms - they closed the washroom flush tanks on Friday evening for 6-8 hours for some maintenance. Absolutely no notification was given and the staff argued constantly that they notified each room. I was only wondering why was the hotel open for that maintenance window and how do they expect the customers to accommodate without washroom.
