Fantastic hotel, rooms are very modern, very well appointed, large shower area. Bed was a little firm for my liking but that was the only slight negative. The air conditioning worked well in the room. Food was a buffet style and generally speaking I would say that the cuisine was very European. There was lots of choice and they had a grilling / BBQ area where they did steaks and fish. At breakfast you could get fresh eggs, omelettes, scrambled egg etc. there was lots of cereals, cold meats, fruit etc. The hotel was immaculate, very peaceful and within 3 minutes of the beach. The pool was very nice, it did get busy though with lots of sunbeds "reserved" with towels. There are a few shops and mini-markets nearby that sold most items that you might want such as snacks, cold drinks, beer, wine, spirits etc. A pharmacy is also in the same area as the shops. Overall a really nice hotel, good food, nice pool and great if you want to just chill out.

Unfortunately the staff are unbearable and extremely rude. Rooms are not clean, AC does not cool rooms and breaks down. Pool towels have to be returned to reception to exchange - in theory that's fine, but when you do return them, staff are rude, stuck-up and ask you to go behind the reception desk to "return and pick up new towels ourselves" while the staff sit and play on their phones. Absolutely garbage service. Will not return, and highly highly do not recommend staying here, it is a waste of money, there are similarly priced accommodation nearby with lovely staff - we ended up going to the bars in those hotels an experience was completely (pleasantly) different!

I had the pleasure of visiting Canyamel and staying at the prestigious Canyamel Park Hotel & Spa, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, but I want to personally highlight how exceptional the staff member Antonio was during my stay. His service truly made the experience unforgettable. Parking is a mess. Aug 6 arrive at the hotel took 30 minutes to find a spot. Aug 7 upon return of Arta cove we foud a place that turn out as a no parking. 40 euros to pay in a bank… We will not recommand Any hotel in this Area if you come by car because of the parking issue. However this hotel is very good, with nice room, good food and many pools.

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area, The staff were excellent throughout. The breakfast was great with a brilliant selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a good place to stay and tour around the island.
