We spent our honeymoon here in November. Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Beautiful place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location. We didn't want a huge resort. It's only a quick trip down to Karon beach. The pools and the views were just breathtaking. It was very hard to leave! Our thanks to the incredible staff for the warm welcome and service.

We arrived at around mid day and had a little walk around first, the resort is built around a steep hill so it is good for some cardio exercise or you can call the car and they will drive you around no problem. Initially we were not happy with the room but the staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a better one, less noisy and better view. The breakfast was nice, continental and thai options. Anything you need the staff is happy to help, all you have to do is ask. Pleasant stay overall.

Not what we expected from a 4 star hotel, this is the last hotel on our visit around Thailand and we have had fantastic hotels.
The room cleanliness is bad essentially the bathroom above shower see pic.
It took 40 mins to get food around the pool and when it arrived it was frankly inedible soggy and cold fries.
This is not much above a butlins chalet room ,in general the hotel is old and tired all round .
Pool is only half full terrible pool deck with nails and peeling black paint to hot to walk on.
The place is 3 star at best.
Broken taps, blinds lights l, fitting, old furniture, no smart tv not the the first worked properly. We had to get the safe fixed,a gecko lives in the air con unit!! Breakfast buffet not great .
The one thing I will say is the staff have been fantastic about our complaints and offered a room move.
Getting around if your older is very difficult as the place is on a cliff so expect a thousand step to get to reception.
The do have a bus that goes round but not to everywhere.

Until now, all the staff was one of the best I’ve ever seen in terms of politeness and sympathy towards the guests. The place is also very beautifully located in the hills overlooking the ocean and Karon Beach, where you can drink something in the balcony of the bar while having an amazing view. Nonetheless you see a little bit of aging in the villas aspect outside and inside, the same with some infrastructure of the hotel(needs to be a little bit revamped IMO), but in terms of cleanliness, everything was very perfect.

Some of the food is unfortunately very tasteless. The hotel also discriminates between customers. While some customers can use the hotel's transportation facilities, others are told "we are not available". Unfortunately, we can't stand the third night of our four-night reservation and check out. We wanted to make an appointment for a massage, but they told us there was no room for us when there was room for European customers. They even asked for money for the water we drank when we checked out. It was a very, very bad experience. I would never recommend this place.
