Chanalai Romantica Resort is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service. The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, well-designed, and with direct pool access, making it a dream stay.
The service was outstanding, with a friendly and attentive team always ready to help. The restaurant was impeccable, offering delicious food in a beautiful setting. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight.
A special thanks to Mint, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness and assistance throughout our stay truly made a difference.

Loved staying at this property! Were the rooms like staying at the four seasons? Not quite. But the hospitality, staff and service was certainly 5-star worthy! Their attention to detail from the ice cream at check in to your choice of pillows, was impeccable! They have a small staff with so much heart and soul. My husband had to drag me out of the room upon checkout.
Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay at kata beach! Very close to the beach, the pool is amazing, and the breakfast every morning is so nice to add a bit of routine into your day on vacay.

The hotel is perfectly located near the southern end of Kata beach. Short walking distance to beach. There are restaurants serving all different kinds of food around. Kata night market is 2 blocks away. Phuket Smart bus which ran to/from the airport has a stop within 500 feet. (only B$100 per trip with days pass available)
This is the hotel for people looking for quiet stay since no kids are allowed. Room and bathroom are clean. Bed is super comfortable. Internet service is good.

Amazing experience at this resort, we stayed at a five star hotel before this one and the service almost matched it. Eye at the reception was exceptional and very attentive to our needs. Close to beach and everything you need. Be wary of eating at the market on the left of the resort. My husband got food poisoning from a meat stand. Two BOGO free happy hours during the day by the pool. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options in the morning. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon. We had a deluxe King room, and had a patio that opened to the pool. I have nothing but great things to say about this resort. The staff is SO friendly, breakfast was an awesome way to start everyday, and the rooms and shower were really nice and comfortable. My wife and I will miss this place.
