We had a great time of 9 days!
A very nice welcome at the reception and restaurant. The room was nice and we had a nice view to the pool and sunset.
The breakfast was good and enough variation during our stay. Tasty selection of fresh juices.
If something didn’t work in the room it got fixed and the stuff asked if all is fine now.
The hotel is close to the beach , shops, drug store and not to far from the night market .
We will come back!

The rooms were fine, just not five star. They were kind of dated to the 90’s. Everything in the rooms were clean and nice though. I guess I didn’t like the style.
The service was excellent. They got you whatever you needed and more. They brought us matttess topper to make bed softer to American standard.
The location was okay. There is a park in between the resort and the beach so you have to walk down the street for a little bit to get to the beach. But there is a nice pool there at the hotel so that’s nice.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. The hotel is nothing like it shows online. We arrived in our poolside room to find a bathtub full of yellow water. We also had dead lizards fossilized to the wall. We Tried to make the best of it that night and took a shower only to find the water yellow and not draining. We had to pause multiple times to make sure it didn’t overflow. We laid down to try and rest and the room was filled around 12 with a septic smell being covered up with perfume. We decided to change our honeymoon and go home early but the hotel refused to give any money back for the disgusting conditions. I told them we would gladly pay for the night we stayed and the next but would like a refund and was told absolutely not. I understand a “non refundable” policy to an extent. When the room is disgusting and the hotel does not meet expectations at all, something has to give. Even with no refund, we left after the first night because it was so disgusting and just accepted the loss. Please, do not waste your time and money on this place. I’m leaving this review as a warning to others.

Best adult only hotel we've ever stayed at. The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff even better. Could not have had a better stay and will ONLY stay at this property when in Phuket! Eye was so very helpful with everything we wanted to do both in the hotel and with outside excursions. Housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff all very kind and enjoyable.

From the very first moment we arrived, til the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. We arrived 3 hours early expecting to leave our bags and walk around, but they already had a room ready for us and allowed us to check in early, AND let us check out late all at no extra charge. The staff are amazing, the best service I’ve had anywhere. The rooms were stunning and quiet, aircon running all day, and their daily clean up was great. The food is also really good, and the resort is very close to the back, the night market and plenty of restaurants. And the best part (for us at least) - no kids allowed! So the pool was always quiet and relaxing, with drinks served right to you from the poolside bar.
Zero complaints, 11/10.
