This is an exceptional hotel- quiet, great rooms, excellent food and friendly staff. I'd picked this place because it seemed free of boozy late night groups. In fact, the demographic is largely German and older guests plus families- perfect if you want a good nights sleep and a civlised atmosphere. The room was perfect- very modern and good beds and facilities. The food was amazing- great choice and full of variety and creativity, with a strong mix of local and international food. The spread they put on for Halloween was staggering, so much fun and so tasty. Every evening there was something for my daughter to enjoy too, along with entertainment from music to magic shows and acrobats- unexpected but enjoyable. I also enjoyed playing the hotel piano one evening! Most of all, though, I would like to thank the staff. Without exception, they were friendly and ultra professional. Nothing was too much trouble or the cause of any drama- and you can tell that Mallorcans love children. I would book again without hesitation- because this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful location of this hotel, also the view from the room and from the restaurant! Perfect, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food with a great selection for everyone. Super large and clean pool...even indoor... I have no complaints and I hope to return there!

I like the Place and the beach location, however the hotel needs revamp especially with rooms not up to 4 star standards. the kitchen needs to be aware that there are more diversity in visiting Guest and paying customers, so if you are offering food with buffet then you need to be mindful of options. It was impossible for Vegetarians or Vegans to survive with the food offered and we had to manage with sandwiches from the nearest spar stores. so all in all food was awful and the rooms where not up to standards. location is good and facilities such as pool, bar, SPA massage and evening shows were good.

Very good hotel. Room was spacious and had lovely view overlooking the beach and pool. All staff were very helpful. Cleaning in rooms and around hotel grounds was excellent. Food was exceptional, lots of choice and a high standard. Only negative comment is around pool area. The beds are very very close together and as umbrella stuck into ground difficult to obtain some space and have shade at same time. As a result we didn't use the pool until very late afternoon when less people around.

Just returned from a brilliant holiday at the CM Castell de Mar.As we pulled up outside I knew we had picked the right hotel.The hotel is spotless from top to bottom.The staff in all departments are excellent,friendly, and approachable they all seem happy in their work. The bedrooms are good with comfortable beds.The bathroom is large with a lovely walk in shower. The bedrooms could do with a bigger wardroom,there is room for a bigger wardrobe. We found the food is more for the Europeans than for the British.Although we didn't starve,there was always something we found.We also found on a few occasions the food was not hot. The outside pool is brilliant as is the inside one. Location of the hotel is just great,right on the front 30 seconds from the beach. The hotel is mostly catering for the German Market,we knew that before booking.We find you get a better quality hotel when catering for the European travellers. Would we return,absolutely with out question.A great hotel with fantastic staff......gary
