Bubblegum Dance
Firstly i want to apologise as i didnt catch this persons name but there was a young tall beautiful lady with brown hair on guest services during my stay and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very informative, booked us taxis and was super friendly and welcoming whenever we saw her. Lydia at reception and in the restaurant had fantastic hospitality. Subash was wonderful, very helpful in the restaurant, kind, welcoming and advised us well on the bar timings and getting advise from reception. His hospitality was next to none! Dora bought me ginger, fresh ginger and this went above and beyond, her hospitality was great and she had a lovely aura about her. Sharon and Gita worked really hard at the snack bar and I really appreciated their efforts. Georgeta in the spa was excellent at putting me at ease and performing a luxurious treatment for me, and Lisa in the spa was extremely thorough in her skills during my mums treatment leaving my mother beaming with happiness. The staff were superb, it was the best hotel experience I have had in 20 years of extensive travelling, I would highly recommend this hotel and resort. Additionally i want to thank you so much for making the room special for my mums 70th birthday we all had a wonderful time and are very impressed with the management.

From the moment we arrived at the Olympic Lagoon in Paphos, every single moment was nothing short of exemplary. The staff are beyond amazing — consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay perfect. They go above and beyond, bending over backwards to accommodate every request with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to suit every palate, and the drinks and snacks were always readily available and of great quality. Entertainment was top-tier — fun, professional, and something for everyone. The kids club was a dream come true for families, giving children a safe, fun space while parents could truly relax. The facilities throughout the resort are pristine and thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly easy to unwind and enjoy. Every need is anticipated, every detail handled with care. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but Olympic Lagoon delivers on all fronts. What a joyful, heavenly escape — we can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very nice. Rooms lovely with glass balcony and fabulous view. The location by the sea is perfect. The only downfall was the food. It was always cold unless you ate in the American Diner. Italian restaurant lack atmosphere being painted brown and playing trumpet music the whole time. Food also not very good and cold. Greek night in the Asian restaurant was not much better. The four course meal was also cold and meat we could not chew. Very sad but we will not be returning because of the food.

We’ve just returned from a week long stay here and absolutely loved it! We booked only 3 days before as a last minute trip. The hotel was in a brilliant location right by the sea, it was super clean and the staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Although only 3 of the 5 restaurants were open due to it being out of season, the food was a great standard, especially the Mexican and Indian themed night in the main buffet restaurant. The evening entertainment was great, especially queen! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing family experience at the hotel We visited the hotel as part of a family vacation, and there are no words to describe our satisfaction. From the very first moment we received warm, courteous and personal service from the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable and the location was perfect. I wanted to emphasize the special and personal treatment we received from all the staff at the hotel – from the reception staff, through the customer service team to the charming instructors in the children's activity room. Each of them made us feel welcome and important, and this certainly added significant value to our experience. We enjoyed the variety of experiences the hotel offers – the heated pool, the soccer and tennis courts, and my 10-year-old son especially enjoyed the Teens room, where he found fascinating activities and was enthusiastic about every moment. The staff even surprised us by organizing a personal birthday party for him, a lovely gesture that touched our hearts. The food at the hotel was great – high quality, varied and, above all, delicious. The main restaurant offered a selection of fresh, high-quality dishes at every meal, the American diner was beautifully designed and served great burgers, and the snack bar was the perfect place for snacks and desserts throughout the day. During our stay, we also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, a pampering spa and professional massages, and in the evenings we joined the entertaining performances of the hotel's talented singer-dancer group, which made every evening a refreshing experience. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation with personal attention and unforgettable experiences.
