We stayed her for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, the shower had hot water, the a/c was cold, the sheets were clean. Housekeeping came daily and cleaned the room and never messed with our personal items. Our room faced the ocean and we were steps from the beach. The drinks were great, the food was wonderful - just be aware Jamaicans don't eat a lot of beef, therefore chicken is your better your better option when it comes to the best preparation on the island. We felt safe walking up and down the beach, and walking all over the resort.

In my opinion Couples Swept Away has one positive aspect, and that is the beach. Everything else ranges from ok to unacceptable. We stayed in an atrium suite. I personally would not recommend this suite if you like quiet. Half of the room is screened with only wooden shudders. You can hear everything. We are currently trying to sleep and are having to endure loud live music from the lobby. The power has gone out daily. Our room service order was incorrect or not delivered several times during our stay. Our room was also not ready at check in despite arriving late. Most of the staff seem to not want to be here. The bars aren't always open, and you will be pointedly ignored by staff. The beach. The beach is amazing and will almost make you overlook all the annoyances of the resort. But....you will be approached constantly by locals trying to sell you all manner of things in addition to asking you to retrieve them food from the resort. I will not be returning.

We’ll definitely be coming back to Couples Swept Away! My girlfriend and I had an incredible time exploring and relaxing at the resort. From lounging on the beautiful beach to making palm leaf hats, enjoying a paint-and-sip session, and scuba diving for the first time on a stunning reef, every moment was unforgettable. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Orlando, who even went back to the boat on the water to retrieve my hat after scuba diving! The best part? Experiencing all of this with my best friend. It was truly a trip to remember!

What can you say but this is a fantastic all inclusive resort. This was our 3rd trip to this resort and will continue to go back. We enjoyed every minute of walking the beautiful beach with crystal clear water and white sands. Negril is astonishing. The dinners and alcohol were on point and you absolutely do not want to go home. Thank you couple's and we will see you again.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The mini fridge in the room didn't keep cool very well, so we had to keep ice if we wanted to have drinks. We were on the second floor, and climbing the steps was not fun, but I loved the patio, and being off the ground floor made it more enjoyable. The beach is gorgeous! We spent much of our time relaxing in and by the water. We did run across a few stingrays, but they didn't bother us. Make sure you take advantage of the boat tours that are included in your reservation. We did the glass boat tour, but I believe there's also snorkeling and scuba diving. The food was good, but we would have liked more Jamaica food. The Curry chicken we had on our first night was the best I've ever eaten. We also enjoyed oxtail, jerk chicken,lamb, rice and peas, fried dumplings, and much more. Breakfast and lunch were typically light with more options at dinner. The resort is stretched out along the coast, and the only late night meal option is located at the far end of the resort. We were next to the entrance, so it was quite far. It would be nice to have something either in the middle or maybe provide light snacks for the room. We decided to book a couples massage, which was a bit pricy. We were not disappointed with the service, Our massages were great, and you can use the spa while you're there to soak or relax in the steam room. Take your swimsuit if you decide to get a massage so you can enjoy the spa. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I will absolutely overlook a few shortcomings with a place as long as they provide great service. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit again in the future.
