Such a lovely place. Ate at the Poseidon Restaurant tonight, our server Troy was helpful and attentive. The hotel is well maintained with very attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room is comfortable and clean. The beach is lovely. A very nice experience.

Had dinner at the mo-bay buffet with the best service from our server (Karla B) Helped with our son, And had a great sense of humour and overall great at her job! Amazing! Thank you! Rooms are spacious and nice! Hotel is huge! Definitely not toddler friendly in that aspect . Definitely bring an umbrella stroller! But that being said service was impeccable

My waitress at the Jamaica restaurant was Jerome . He was an excellent waitress he made sure everything was good to our standards. He stayed busy on his feet to make sure the people at his tables had what they needed . I would recommend him for your waitress. The restaurant needs some major remodeling and updated furniture. The food did not meet up to my standard they ran out of oxtail, and the shrimp was soggy. You can't go wrong with salad, so that's what I eat. I was disappointed with the restaurant. They can do better with the restaurant and food. The staff was nice and polite. Furniture is not up to part. The outside looks better than the inside of the room. I will not be coming back to this restaurant unless they do a massive change over with the rooms and food.

This is the third time to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica. The resort is located on a scenic, quiet, and sprawling cove with amazing views. The food has always been terrific at all of the restaurants. We had a great meal at the Japanese and the Italian restaurants. The service was excellent from our waiters and staff. All of the staff are so happy and welcoming. Our Gardener was the coolest guy, he hand picked some ripe coconuts for my kids and I one morning and cut them open for us to enjoy. This was a fun and relaxing vacation. We’ve been to many Caribbean Island all inclusive resorts but so far none have lived up to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica.

We stayed for 5 days. We were attending a wedding. We are 66 and 70. My husband is handicapped but not severe. We did not do a handicap room, but the room was spacious with plenty of room to get around. The shower had only one small handrail and nothing else to hang on to, no where to put your toiletries, and nothing to lift your foot-leg onto. It was a hard shower for us to maneuver.
The people who worked there were fabulous!
All smiles, always offering help, a wonderful asset to the Palladium.
And the food was plentiful and delicious. Try the coconut ice cream !!
The views, gorgeous.
We enjoyed ourselves but we were very hot...not their fault...just our age. I think our Jamaica days are over. The place to go if you are young enough😀
