Got married on the beach and our coordinator was extremely helpful. Cyril and Ron are very fun with the events they run. They even got us to try karaoke. Take advantage of the craft days like bracelet making and tie and dye. Colin was amazing throughout our trip and took us out on a sailboat. All of the staff are friendly and made our trip perfect. Can't fully express how perfect this resort is! Check out the cats around the island and the parrots near the garden and spa. The coffee is amazing.

No way this is a 5 star establishment. A decent three star at best. But I just had to remove a star after being ripped off by the so called doctor there. Bayside restaurant is indeed infested as another review mentions. I was bitten by some kind of a rodent or something nasty. Was 700 bucks out of pocket for a simple shot. They make you feel vulnerable and then rip you off. When I reported to management there was no response. The ordinary staff are nice but the leadership is not at all. Communication is terrible and many of the staff seem to be there to have a party. Unfortunately I can't recommend. Not for such a huge price and not until they take some responsibility

Went to the New Years Eve party and was not disappointed. The staff worked really hard and a great deal of effort was put in to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. Great food, great music and entertainment. We only live across the road so it is good to have this hotel as a neighbour.

A great escape for couples where the staff treats each guest warmly like family. A wide range of watersports are available, but were unfortunately unavailable during my visit because of the weather & rough sea conditions. That being said, I enjoyed the restaurants (esp Eight Rivers), bars, pools, jacuzzi and nighttime entertainment. The room was comfortable and spacious with daily housekeeping & turn down service. Hope to revisit one day.

A great getaway for couples looking for a relaxing experience with high quality amenities! I’m normally not a resort person because I feel most resorts lack the actual culture of where I am staying but Couples Tower Isle was great! The food was amazing and without sounding pretentious I’m a hard person to please with food! High quality drinks with great mixes and there are so many free activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, kayak and more! When you arrive at the airport in Montego Bay there is a huge lounge to your right when you pass customs. The drive to the hotel is about two hours so grab a few drinks for the ride! They stop halfway for a bathroom break.
The only way they could improve would be the decor of the hotel could use an update. Maybe some new paint on the walls and the bathrooms in the rooms could use an update as well. The application is very unreliable though the staff seemed aware of this issue so make sure to book your reservations at guest services, and call in your room service requests!
All in all we loved the resort, and I highly recommend it!
