We completely disagree with the 3.9 rating. Room was better than expected, service was superb. Even the TikTok restaurant attached service and food was delicious. The security is on point checking everyone entering the elevators. Definitely our go to going forward! And it’s centrally located. Win win!!

Great location and overall clean! A little old but it adds charm! The only thing is, they sneak in fees and will slip a paper under your door charging “facility fees”. 40 dollars extra a night. When we asked the front desk about it as we were checking out the lady was extremely rude. The hotel has no amenities available because they’re under construction. Might as well pay a little extra for what you would end up paying in facility fees here somewhere newer.

The staff was tremendous from check in to check out. The housekeepers were super friendly and really helpful, honestly they always put a smile on my face. The room we stayed in had a wonderful view and atmosphere and it was near so many restaurants and just a few blocks from Times Square. When you want something with a great view, a convenience store and AMC on the corner on top of it being right across the street from Madison Square Garden, and a subway station right next to the hotel, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s a little on the older side but it’s authentic and somewhat affordable. Would love to stay again, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.

4 night stay. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially the doormen out front helping with subway questions I had. Rooms were clean & tidy, bathrooms still had an older age feel to them which suits the age & style of the hotel. Only moan is the amount of extra tax you pay on the room. Room tax, city tax then tax on both of those added together 🤔

Stayed here for a few days and the location itself was the greatest part of this hotel being next to Penn Station! The staff were also great, especially Samira at the front desk who was very welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond and even upgraded my room! There’s also a 24-hour diner on the first floor which is extremely convenient. And I believe they have a gym as well! Really couldn’t say anything wrong during my whole stay at the hotel. Will surely be back for future visits!
