We had a suite and was very disappointed. It looks much bigger on the pictures! The room was extremely small and not worth over $1300. Huge pole dang near in the middle of the floor blocking a chunk of the view. There was really no useful amenities. The hotel is nice and there’s a couple of restaurants inside. Employees were nice & helpful with check in / out & any questions we had. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a motel 6, but the towel warmer was nice. Location was great! Good walking distance to Times Square and a lot of other hidden gems. Wouldn’t book again because of space & amenities vs price.

Rooms are extremely compact to even move around or to open up your luggage. Be careful of banging here and there.
The air conditioning system was quite effective to keep me warm.
The window blinder was not effective at all to keep the sunlight off the room.
The colourful mood lighting facility was something really nice.
The reclining facility for the bed was really good.
A water boiler or a hot jug in the room would be advisable.
The view was stunning.
The breakfast was not bad either.
My overall stay was peaceful.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated four stars, but I would honestly give it no more than two. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I was quite disappointed with several aspects.
Firstly, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It felt like corners had been cut, and the housekeeping could use significant improvement. Additionally, the furniture throughout the hotel is quite outdated, giving the place a neglected and worn-out appearance.
In the bathroom, I encountered broken fixtures, and the sink was not replaced, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the bathroom door did not close completely, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
Lastly, the overall space of the room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I had expected a more spacious environment for a hotel of this rating.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and clean experience.

It's just okay in a pinch. Rooms are already falling apart. Had to switch rooms because the bed broken. Switched me to another room where the bed was also broken and I just gave up. Zero hot water in the shower. Zero, ice cold. Mood lighting didn't work in second room. Faint odor of weed in the halls. Not sure how you combat that anymore.
For the price point, it's okay for a night or two. Staff was decent. It was clean enough. The location isn't as good as you'd think. 10th is just too far west, and it's long blocks to most everything worthwhile.
I'd actually recommend POD 39 more for the price point though.

The hotel was very clean and fairly new interior. The room was compact but very efficient with an expanding bed button so we could always make more room. We also had a fantastic view of the city! The staff was always wonderful anytime we needed help with directions, room cleanings, or whatever it was; we always received amazing service. There’s an amazing rooftop bar/indoor bar & restaurant that has great drinks and yummy food. There was always different entertainment events happening at the hotel too in the Green Room and even brunch events sometimes. It was so convenient to have all of that at the hotel in case we wanted to stay in. The hotel location was pretty decent, it was a 10 min walk to the subway or Times Square, which wasn’t too bad. We look forward to staying here again!
