This hotel is a perfect place to stay for whirlwind trip of sightseeing for the weekend. It was perfectly located to walk just about everywhere. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast buffet was great in the Green Fig. Subway stations are close. We had an easy trip to the hotel from JFK. We will definitely be back!!

Rooms are extremely compact to even move around or to open up your luggage. Be careful of banging here and there. The air conditioning system was quite effective to keep me warm. The window blinder was not effective at all to keep the sunlight off the room. The colourful mood lighting facility was something really nice. The reclining facility for the bed was really good. A water boiler or a hot jug in the room would be advisable. The view was stunning. The breakfast was not bad either. My overall stay was peaceful.

We had a suite and was very disappointed. It looks much bigger on the pictures! The room was extremely small and not worth over $1300. Huge pole dang near in the middle of the floor blocking a chunk of the view. There was really no useful amenities. The hotel is nice and there’s a couple of restaurants inside. Employees were nice & helpful with check in / out & any questions we had. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a motel 6, but the towel warmer was nice. Location was great! Good walking distance to Times Square and a lot of other hidden gems. Wouldn’t book again because of space & amenities vs price.

It is a low budget hotel, self-serve check in, with few personnel, and some weird guests - a couple were recording a strange video before the elevators. Don't expect much for this price in the area. I was just one night, and wouldn't recommend the standard room for stays of more than a few days, as it is minuscule and there is no room to organize your luggage. Also, the room didn't look clean - there was paper on the floor and dust in several places - but at least the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well.

Since nobody wants to return my calls or emails. Here's my review of your hotel. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT STAY HERE !!! I had electrical problems on the first day. Second day I had cold water from the shower . The last day was even better , I had bed bugs and stains all over my comforter and they said it was changed. Housekeeping did NOT come up to help me, someone just brought up the sheets to my room and I had to change them myself. I found 2 bed bugs and I asked to have my room changed and there was no compensation. Front desk told me they will return my "RESORT FEE' OF 130.00 and it was never done. Not only did front desk lie to me in my face , they didn't return my calls or emails. The location was good but the customer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. DO NOT STAY HERE !
