I was really pleased with this hotel. Polite staff, amazing beach views and brilliant waffles, specifically engin in the restaurant provided great service. The food was also good to okay standard. I do believe that there could be more variety of food but we enjoyed our meals daily. The ice cream was also really nice. I would suggest that for improvement the rooms should be a little more renovated since our bathroom handle was broken. I wasn’t satisfied with the bathroom cleaning in our room because although the rooms were cleaned daily no one ever cleaned the bathroom or provided new toilet paper when we needed it. However, the beach was clean, the pool entertainment was good esp the pink party. Thank you!

The check-in was not as smooth as it should have been. There were only two staff members working, and dozens of customers were waiting in line to check in/out. When it was our turn, check-in was completed, and we were given a room that was specifically designed for disabled people. Upon requesting a room change, as the disabled room only had shower curtains and not a glass shower cabin, we were given another room, which was also a disabled room. When we told them that we had been moved from one disabled room to another, they said we should wait until the evening to change rooms. As we couldn't stay in a room unpacked, we visited reception an hour later, and this time we had a staff member who kindly assigned us a new room, which was clean, airy, and adequate.
The food is good, and there is a good variety. They have paper cups for anyone who doesn't want to drink from plastic or glass cups.
The sea is not as clean as other places, and from my conversation with other people, we learnt that this bay was used as a fish farm in the past. This explained the fishy smell we occasionally noticed. I really recommend the owners/local authority to consider to get that sea cleaned.
The hotel is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. We didn't have any issues with the cleanliness, but unfortunately, the rooms are not vacuumed as often leaving dust and hair floating around.
The animation team were sweet, but their manager (who also presented the shows) was often talking down to his team and the guests. He was unnecessary comments about children participating in games and then complaining about it, saying something like, "This is why I don't want children playing.", or just be plain rude towards the guests during the games when the guests didn't understand the rules and he had to explain them again. He is arrogant, moody, very rude, and unpatient,
He often told off to his team, which made us decide not to participate in his games anymore.
We stayed 6 nights but were very bored in the evenings, as you won't have anything to do after the entertainment at the amphitheatre, which lasted more or less an hour each day.
The gardeners, restaurant staff, and all workers were amazingly clean, nice, and kind at all times. That is why I've given 4 out of 5.
The other point is deducted because of the check-in issues, not so clean sea water and the head of the animation team, who acts as if he owns the place.

We stayed in this resort for a week with our family.
+ Lobby, beach, location were all nice.
+ The staff in general was also friendly and hard working.
+ The hotel was not too crowded, so it was nice and calm.
- The room was outdated. We had an accident with the shower cabin door (that was not closing smoothly) that collapsed and I got injured. I did receive help fast after this, so the staff was super nice.
- The food was not super bad, but it was the same on most days.
- The swimming pools were a little underwhelming.
Overall it was a pretty relaxing stay and we were mostly positive. I would suggest the general management to work on the outdated rooms and also food options.

The resort has both positive and negative things.
I'll start with the negatives, the employees, or rather the reception staff, are extremely rude, uncultured, rude, arrogant, unhelpful to the point that once again you don't want to return to the resort, with a small exception. They are uncultured to such an extent that with their behavior they tell themselves how much they have forgiven. They don't know English at all, don't expect to understand each other.
The food is satisfactory, there is food and drink everywhere at any time. The beach, the resort is beautiful, the sea is beautiful. It is great to go for a period from the end of August and it is pleasant in the evening. Organized activities like beach games and more are great. The other employees and managers are kind and pleasant people. In the resort there are activities at any time and for everyone's taste and need. It is worth visiting and seeing with all it has to offer. Natural beauty.

Not a price performance hotel:
This is my fourth stay at this hotel. This time, the hotel has separated from the Crystal hotel chain. The price is the same, or even higher (Family room ~$450/day 2024). The number of staff has been reduced, and the meals are nothing like before. There is no meat dish (which is bad), no variety, no nuts, no taste. Every day, there are just plain meatballs, grilled fish, and grilled chicken. Previously, there were various and interesting dishes. Smoothies with watermelon, melon, etc., used to be made. Packaged ice creams used to be available. All of that is gone. Beach maintenance and sunbed cleaning are poor. The women serving waffles and ice cream act like they own the hotel. Activities at the pier and bar area, and children's animations have ended. In the evening, there is a classic children's dance hour (if you paid to have a T-shirt printed, they do a half-hour ceremony). And worst of all, to cover up all this, they start blasting music from morning till night, brainwashing everyone. There was never such nonsense before. In a pool that’s barely a meter deep, three old ladies are swishing pasta around, making it feel like a festival. They’ve ruined the natural ambiance. There are no Europeans left. Most of the guests are immigrant workers and a few from the eastern bloc. In summary, they’ve turned it into one of those beach places with noisy, characterless, and inconsistent music.
