Just had a lovely 10 night holiday here with my partner. The hotel was lovely, in particular the pool, with plenty of sunbeds. A highlight would be the entertainment team and the evening acts. The reason for not 5 stars is the food buffet was very repetitive and the all inclusive drinks only included one cocktail option which was vodka+mixer+syrup.

I don’t know how they give star ratings in Turkey , but for me this hotel is 3 stars at the very best . For the price we paid we expected it to be clean at the very least . Our room had mold in it and the smell was disgusting , it caused us to cough and not breath normally. I don’t like it at all here and would recommend to stay away from this hotel . The bartenders Dogukan and Ali Mert offer very good service with perfect verbal English .

This hotel felt like a waste of time. I didn’t think I would’ve said this before, but I would’ve rather stayed home and went to work than staying here for 7 nights. The rooms were disgusting. The hygiene here was so bad that I don’t have the words to describe it. On our first day they didn’t have the rooms ready and gave us separate rooms which were disgusting. It smelled like horse fesses and the bathroom was filled with mold. We could barely breath there which caused us to cough a lot. Let alone that the staff lied to us too. Our original rooms were so called ‘under a small reconstruction’, but when we got the rooms it was the one next to us, where the first night a different guest was staying. The housekeeping was more rare than me speaking to my father. The sheets were stained and torn most of the time too. The food was mediocre and caused a lot of stomach issues. Besides that, people come here for the Turkish food, not some potato’s with meat that we can cook at home. The staff barely knew English and communication with the reception was hard. The younger staff was lovely though, despite the language barrier. Dogukan and Alimert, the pool’s bartenders were lovely people and communication with them was easy too. They gave good service and made the stay a lot more enjoyable, as they went beyond their work and actually wanted to communicate with you to know how you are doing. The snackbar on the other side of the pool was lovely too, Havana was such a lovely lady and made you go there with a smile on your face. Mehmet is the same, he is a lovely person who always came to us and spoke with us as much as we could due the language barrier. These 4 people definitely deserve a raise for taking their work beyond the bare minimum. If it wasn’t for these people, I would’ve forced the rest to go home early and get our money back, because this was a huge joke. Don’t waste your time.

We still staying here but I wanna share my 2 days experience so far... its max 3stars hotel , nothing any closer to what it says on description. Rooms are cleaned daily its a bonus but food is the same everyday, lack of choices, no choices to kids at all. Nothing working and they excuse is no season. Menu is given with all snacks and options but there is nothing served and even manager of hotel said sorry but nothing I can do its not a season now. Rooms are empty bo toiletries I have been in many turkey hotels and they provide so many more stuff. Staff barely talks english and not understands . Could end up telling more and more but the fact wont change that it is hotel who saves money and robs they customers. Never come back again not worth the money.

Me and my girlfriend went here for 1 week all inclusive and just got back and we highly recommend that you do not go here if you are expecting a 5* experience. The rooms were absolutely disgusting when we first arrived with hairs and stains on the bedsheet and the bathroom was vile, we went down to reception to ask for a different room to which they said no, so they changed the bed sheets instead. However, the ones they changed them with were even more stained than the one before! Service was terrible as not even one of the many staff there could understand a single bit of English even though most of their customers are English, the only way we could properly communicate with them was through google translate and even then it was tricky cause the wifi was so terrible. The food here is mediocre at best with very little to offer for breakfast and lunch and very repetitive, however the dinner menu did change everyday and some days the food was good but we did have upset stomachs for most of the week and considering the state of our rooms I wouldn’t be surprised if that was due to the hygiene.
Some of the positives are that the pool was lovely and the location was very good with everything u need in walking distance but that’s about it for the positives.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 3* at best and that’s being generous because if we were to base it solely off rooms it would be a 1*.
