I was, unfortunately, quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was a major issue; after a week, I couldn't comfortably walk barefoot from the bathroom to the bed, and the poolside beds weren't any better. The snack restaurant was noticeably unclean, and I often found plates in the main restaurant with dirty undersides. Food quality was inconsistent, with only about 4 out of 10 dinners being enjoyable. Breakfasts and lunches were never tasty. Bread was stale and never replaced throughout the stay, which felt unhygienic and unappealing. Desserts were rarely tasty and most were the same throughout the stay.
Drinks were poorly prepared, often made without proper measurements, resulting in some drinks being fine and others unpleasantly strong. Entertainment was repetitive, with the same dart game every day. Some of the music performances were cool. The only standout feature was the beautiful view, which truly offered a nice escape. However, I expected a much higher standard, especially from a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, I'd rate this experience closer to 2/3 stars

Beautiful views once you are out of the room. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room. The food caters to Turkish/German and Russian tastes - not good from my personal taste. Drink is good quality. The best part of the hotel is the Spa - £50 for a 90 minute spa experience... Fantastic. Don't book the TUI trips - the guy near the beach does exactly the same for a fraction of the price.

We had a fantastic four-day stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. They did quite a lot of activities for the guests as well, young and old, which kept things entertaining. Facilities were well-kept and clean and food was fresh and good. I can definitely recommend for a holiday and expect we will return for future stays. A special thanks to Ms. Beyza as well for being so friendly and accommodating. I always check reviews before booking a stay and didn't notice any of the negative comments; for example, the beach was quite clean while we were here.

I went to this resort in the beginning of June this year and it is so beautiful. We stayed here for 8 days and there was a variety of food options available, the entertainment was amazing!! At all times of the day there was something happening, but the night shows just took my breath away. If you like a good cocktail this is the resort for you, because the cocktails are really good. But there where also some issues, in our room there where some bugs crawling on the floor, not all of the staff spoke fluent English, on trash day all the trash was just laying in the sun what kinda smells and they had done some renovations so not all the pictures where the same as before. We didn't like how the lobby was looking and that they removed one of the pools that where the main thing. If you want to go shopping you can clime up the entrance hill and take a bus to Bodrum centrum, it will take around 30 minutes. But if you consider everything I would say it is a pretty good hotel, the staff is nice (if you are),they have a amazing location, the food was pretty good (with some exceptions), there entertainment was good and they had delicious cocktails.

Very disappointed with staff . My partner had food poison and she was not feeling well so I went seek advice from the reception they called a nurse which referred me to doctor. They told me that I don't have to pay anything, they asured me that everything will be covered by my travel insurance. I didn't want to go hospital but they forced us to do it. The person named is Mustafa who spoke to me and said that all the cost will recover by travel insurance. So I trusted the hotel staff and the nurse. After treatment in hospital which was quick only 2 hours. Quick drip and that was it . At the end of treatment Mustafa truned around and said to me that I need to pay in hospital before I leave. At this point I feel that I have been scamed by the staff of hotel and nurse and Mustafa. So the hospital charge me £700 pounds before they could let me go out off hospital. I am extremely angry. Following next day I went to manager to explain how we get sacmed by their staff and nurse, they said sorry that was it . I will never ever come this hotel again . I do not recommend others also .
Note the hospital name is MEDLIFE . Keep away from this clinic also .
Further to your reply check on camrea and reception on 18 10 2024. Which o give the proof to manager and staff. And they photo copies and the documents. No need to apologise for scamming . This is way your hotel scam the tourists.
