We stayed five nights at this resort and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings overall. The food and drinks were excellent, the shows entertaining, and the rooms kept very clean. The catering team truly deserves praise for their effort and consistent quality every day. However, during our dinner we found a large spill of alcohol beneath our table. The smell was strong and unhealthy, especially concerning for our children sitting close by. My wife politely asked the waiter to clean it, but he refused immediately. I eventually cleaned the mess of other guests from the floor using tissues. This disappointed me, since I often visit Turkish resorts and never experienced this problem. During our stay, technical staff and cleaners entered our room without proper announcement. Sometimes they knocked but opened the door instantly, even when my wife was half dressed. That showed little respect for privacy, no matter how polite the staff acted. Another issue: several waiters appeared grumpy, almost like they disliked their jobs noticeably. Of course not everyone, but at times this created an uncomfortable feeling for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The location is perfect, but what truly makes this place exceptional is the service. Every single staff member was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. I was impressed to see how supportive the General Manager was, always standing by his team and leading by example. This level of leadership really reflects in the overall service quality. The entertainment team deserves a special mention for creating such a joyful and lively atmosphere every day. In particular, Ziko and Dali were outstanding, their energy, warmth, and creativity made my stay even more memorable. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I truly understand what excellent service means, and I can confidently say this hotel delivers it on the highest level. I will always remember this stay with gratitude and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect balance of comfort, professionalism and heartfelt hospitality.

Absolutely amazing experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel truly special. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added so much comfort to our stay. The staff were incredibly generous and attentive throughout our visit. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entertainment was fantastic – we had so much fun and never felt bored. A very special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Burak Koç, who personally took care of us and made wonderful gestures such as arranging a cabana and a massage. His warm attention truly made us feel special. The entire staff were always smiling, very friendly, and highly professional. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned beautifully every single day, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, the service, the staff, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel and its location are truly beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and both the pool and beach were excellent, making our stay a wonderful experience. The only area that could be improved is the evening program—some nights were limited to bingo or football screenings, which felt boring. On other nights, there were live performances in the main bar, which we enjoyed, and the best evening was definitely the show at the amphitheater. Overall, our 7-night stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and we would happily return again.
