We had a wonderful stay at dB San Antonio Hotel & Spa. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and supportive to my parents, especially my mum who uses a wheelchair.
We had some fantastic dining recommendations and New Year's Eve celebration will surly be a memorable one. The all inclusive concept offered a huge variety of buffet options. All dining experiences were delicious.
The use of the Spa gives you a warm welcome and it is the perfect hideaway from reality to relaxation, thanks to the efficient staff service they offer.
The location of the hotel is perfect for a nice walk down the promenade and close to any amenities needed.

I spent two weeks here during Christmas time and it was a very good experience. This place has very good staffs, food services and the location is quite good. It has a nearby bus stand and this place is along with waterfront. You can easily find all the amenities around this hotel. The place has indoor as well as outdoor swimming pool. Overall I am very happy with the services. They have various cultural programs happening in the bar.

Hotel was spotless. We got upgraded to a suite with sea view which was lovely. Food was really good. Drink was worth upgrading to all inclusive + as you get international spirits and cocktails. Also the AI+ bar was nice and chilled. Must give a special recommendation to the lovely Puskar whose attention to detail and service was amazing. Thank you we’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel room was a little disappointing and is in desperate need of some updating. The area was quiet but at the same time has a fair amount to do. The food and all inclusive service was really good. Overall the service was great in the hotel itself!! But the lady in the gym was not very hospitable when I asked about the opening times, until her manager stepped in and assisted.
On the contrast, in the hotel itself I especially liked the customer service which was given by Natacha at the front desk. She was so helpful when it came to assisting my husband with the purchase of a bouquet of flowers for me and also helped me with the transportation of the flowers back home. I really appreciate what she has done and the hotel is so fortunate to have her 👍🏾.
Also Michael in the restaurant was excellent!! He addressed each person in their own language and always was smiling. He is a true example of great customer service.
I enjoyed the service here and it was definitely a plus for the hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one.

Great value hotel. Receptionists Kate and Natasha will try to make the best of your visit. Always with a smile.
Very clean hotel. Maroc cafe has very good coffee and cakes. At the main restaurant, many different choices for food. Hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool area. Also has an indoor pool.
Every evening one can relax and enjoy a few cocktails while enjoying a show.
Highly recommended hotel.
