Visited in July with my 2 daughters. On the plus side; Rooms are immaculate with great showers and air con. The pools and the bars are very nice. The food was fine. Not amazing but perfectly adequate for the price and there's plenty of it at any time. Location is near the sea but there's not really a sandy beach there. You can still access the water though but if you want to swim you're better off nipping round to the next bay in a cab as the beach is fantastic. There's plenty of nearby restaurants along the sea front but they are relatively expensive. I didn't really see the entertainment as it's either show tunes or aimed at kids but it seemed to go down well with everyone and was well attended. Cons - Not much. The pool area is annoying as people reserve loungers with towels then don't turn up for hours. You have no choice but to go very early or join in. The staff really should prevent this as its unfair. Also the pool was so busy when they let the locals in there was no chance of a space so we resorted to going out for the day. So check what day they do this in advance so you're warned. Finally the all inclusive drinks seem devoid of any actual alcohol so if you fancy getting a holiday buzz you will be disappointed. Overall it's a good hotel for the price and you won't be disappointed if you decide to visit.

Lovely hotel but a little difficult to find your way around. The hotel is quite large. The elevator system is different to any I have ever used with no buttons for levels within the carriage. Your room card offered to the outside terminal will show your personal level and automatically selects the correct elevator for you. Internally it then displays all stops the elevator will make. Plenty of bars and the food is excellent and for someone who has stayed in hotels all around the world that's saying something.

I can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. The food is gorgeous with so many options. Bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. Pools are lovely and location is great. Most importantly, the staff, especially the entertainment staff are absolutely wonderful. They make such an effort to get to know everyone. They are amazing with the kids and the dancers…just wow! Just when we thought our holiday couldn’t get any better…our little girl got to meet all the dancers backstage and give them a little gift on the last night. What a talented and kind group of people. Thank you so much db San Antonio for an unforgettable holiday.

Fab week away in the sun! Excellent food and drinks with brilliant service. Great location for public transport. We had a couple of massages in the spa which were brilliant and exactly what was needed. The entertainment team work hard all day to get everyone involved which is amazing to see. Well done them! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Just spent an amazing week at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 13:00 check in not till 15:00 but luckily our room was ready. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The outside pool area was lovely. Very busy at the weekend due to locals being able to pay to use the pool. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The food was standard we eat out a couple of times. There are 4 restaurants you can book in the hotel which were really good and food was nice. On a whole our stay was amazing and have a great week. Thank you db San Antonio for looking after us.
