Visited over Christmas.
Great hotel, great location, friendly staff. The food was also amazing, although they could have done better in the salad selection and have more vegetables and fruits. Overall the room was amazing, spacious, but unfortunately the toilet kept on smelling of urine, even after the housekeepers attended to it. I presume they were not using detergent to clean it.
The blue throw on the beddings could do with a bit of washing or changing after every guest. Ours didn't look like it had been changed.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, loved the hotel and the kids loved the kids club and evening entertainment.
Would definitely visit again.

Had a really good weeks stay at this hotel, shout out the the room cleaners who did a fantastic job to keep our room spotless.
Staff in all restraunts and buffets were great, despite working long hours they always had a smile on there face and were always happy to help!
Food was really good also, good variety.
The night time entertainment team are probably the most talented and well rounded entertainment team I have ever seen! Great singers great dancers, the host was fantastic also (its showtime) brilliant.
Only reason I am giving 4 star and not five, one day there was toilet issues for about 8 hours in our room, the toilet wouldn't work, we would have let this go, but the day after there was shower issues for two hours (we needed a shower at this point as we were going for dinner) water working is the most basic of things you expect at a hotel (think it was a hotel problem as a while and not just out room) but apart from that, a really good holiday.

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay!! The location is good, quiet area away from business and by the beach. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and accommodating. Achref from the reception was very friendly and helped us with questions we had. The only downside was that only the main restaurant was available for half board and the other restaurants were only available for all inclusive guests. Great stay over all and being able to use the sauna/steam room was great.

I don’t often get around to writing reviews, but this superb hotel deserves a review! During my stay, I witnessed an excellent work ethic from all the staff, demonstrated in a commitment to high standards in things such as customer service, cleaning and the food on offer. The hotel was always spotlessly clean, thanks to the hard work of staff. The food choice was amazing, again with a real commitment to care. My room was also comfortable, spacious and well-resourced. Whoever manages this hotel can be very proud of their staff team! Good job.

I would like to share our impressions from our stay at your hotel during our first visit to Malta. Right from the start, we were pleasantly surprised – we requested a comfortable room with a view and received a spacious two-bedroom suite! That was truly a nice gesture.
The food? Simply outstanding! A variety of dishes, fantastic desserts, and the unlimited champagne at breakfast completely surprised us.
As a technical superintendent, I pay attention to details. The hotel’s infrastructure is not only beautiful but also safe, with well-planned evacuation systems.
The attractions? Pools, jacuzzi, sun loungers, restaurants, bowling, mini-golf – all top-notch. The evening shows featured world-class artists, providing us with immense joy.
The proximity to a sandy beach is another plus. And the room service? Extremely clean, with daily cleaning – we truly appreciate it.
We thank the entire hotel team for this wonderful time in Malta. You are professionals before whom we bow our heads.
