My experience here was the best! At arrival we were treated friendly, we were bought to our room by a worker. She'd showed us an elevator that was really close by to our room, and it helped a lot. Any questions that we had, we were helped around. I can say I will be coming back for a 2 time. The room we had was also amazing with the ocean view 😍 our room was cleaned every time we left to go and explore.

Okay hotel, fairly outdated. Room is decent for what you’d expect but did have a funny smell and the sink plug was blocked and broke. Room service is basic, bedding wasn’t changed just made up, and they seem to find it difficult to provide fresh towels. Facilities in winter make it difficult to experience anything properly. Rooftop bar closed despite weather still being great. Indoor pool is small and not for kids since it’s more like a large jacuzzi, the ceiling of the indoor pool area is also FULL of mold. Spa treatment was good for the price and they had a 30% discount which was nice. The place is an absolute maze and each lift takes you to different a different location in the hotel, took us a good 2 out of the 4 days to find out what was where. Food was pretty good for an all inclusive, drinks were nothing special at all, 1 choice of beer and a wine, few standard cocktails but only in the bars. The main negative of this place is once you check out your all inclusive is revoked. You might not be travelling back for 6 hours but they make you pay for everything as soon as you check out so we decided to not have anything, been to many all inclusives over the years and every single one of them will let you use all the facilities until you leave the site. Staff were okay for the most part, one or two were rude but you get that anywhere in the world. The beach nearby isn’t actually a beach either, just a few rocks and then the sea, the area around at night is also very quiet and not a lot to do at all. Overall I’m sure this may be a solid place in the summer, but for people wanting a Christmas break it’s not 10/10 at all.

Having stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much I came back with my brother and sister in law. Very disappointed this time. Could not get clean towels even after requesting three times on two separate occasions. No tea bags and although requested again never got them. Was “not allowed” to take some from dining room told to go to reception. Tv not working for the week. Food nice but repetitive each evening the same. Reception staff abrupt and not helpful. Towels are old and dirty looking. Fingerprints on doors hadn’t been cleaned. Will definitely come back to Malta but not to this hotel. It’s a 3 star at the most.

After staying at this hotel last year, I was really looking forward to another visit.
Reception and customer services – we arrive at about 02:30am and checked in easily but little information was provided, we were offered basic sandwiches too but they didn’t look very appetising. Customer services were the most helpful at times when issues arose and they didn’t seem too interested in finding resolutions either.
Room, #798 was large, and had a partial sea view balcony (side street), room housekeeping was hit and miss with towels not always changed and pillowcases were missing a couple of times.
Lifts, at various times at least one was out of service and lift no. 3 overloaded with more than two persons!
Pool areas and bars – probably the biggest disappointment, despite the advertised times the rooftop bar closed early several times with no notice or warning – one the lights were switched off whilst a group of us were still present. Main pool bar also closes early not that they have a swanky new theatre but this means that the entire hotel uses on small bar – big queues and the sports bar was also never open but this was as friendly as a hospital waiting room anyway!
Pool towels were available on payment of a €10 deposit, towels changeable at the bars and sauna but these were shabby and thin, at checkout e returned our two cards they said we only paid for one but relented and repaid the €20!
Main restaurant – OK on the whole and a reasonable choice available to suit most tastes. Wine and beer on tap, fruit juices and coffee via machines. Deserts were rather disappointing but on our first night they had some stunning blue cheese!
All in all, this could be a great hotel (not sure the claimed four stars are accurate) l but it is obviously run on a budget with management taking absolutely no notice of any feedback looking through this site.

Beautiful rooftop pool and views. Nice bar and good music in the afternoons.
Pool was freezing but felt refreshing in September heat. Also liked the loungers in the waterfall pool.
Rooftop Drinks were reasonably priced and good selection of snacks.
Didn't bother with the main Pool.
Shops and restaurants within walking distance, found a nice cafe a few roads round the back and got snacks for our room.
Cabs were reasonable through the Uber or bolt apps and not far into lively part if you want clubs bars and late restaurants or takeaways etc. Use Google maps to find.
Good breakfast, comfortable rooms although walls were thin, had miserable neighbours complaining about us talking. Would stay again, good location.
