The all inclusive option met my expectations. I recommend the place. Very good location, right by the sea, easy access also by Maltese transport. Staff very friendly. The food is tasty and varied. Evening Show Time at a high level. I paid a little extra for a larger room with a half-sea view. I don't know what customers expect when they say the food was monotonous and tasteless. I wonder how they eat at home. For me everything was perfect

We returned yesterday from an all-inclusive week long stay at this hotel for our honeymoon and it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We were in room 610 and it was perfect.
Very modern, housekeeping are superb and the room visibly shines after they have been in, the location is great with lots to do and loads of regular buses/tourist buses.
There are shops all around so it is really convenient. We hired a car and we never struggled to park for free near the hotel.
There was so much variety in regards to the food, and I have had a gastric bypass and never struggled to find something to eat. Some of the cocktails were a little syrup-y, but other bartenders made them from scratch which was nice.
The staff are so friendly, and always actively looking to help out. The entertainment is great- we went to the karaoke night and it was so fun and everyone was very supportive of each other.
If not for the fact we did absolutely everything we wanted to in Malta, we would definitely return to this hotel in a heartbeat. I run a travel website, and will surely be recommending this to my readers!

Simply one of the best hotels ever stayed. Rooms (at least the high-floor ones) are spacious and newly renovated. We have been assigned of a wide sea view room at 9th floor. Services are great and vary: several restaurants and bars, internal and external pools, live entertainment, animation team, super-equipped gym, SPA, etc.
Top cleanliness everywhere.
Abundance of free parking nearby (in Dec/Jan).
We could upgrade our B&B formula to breakfast+dinner one at a cost of 48€/night/two people, that's super convenient considering the buffet+all you can drink formula, and the good-quality food. High value for price, so highly recommended!

We came here for 3 nights on Christmas, we were a group of 7 people and it was a great stay. Everything was exceptional, from the staff, the rooms but mostly the food. The options were endless (there was also sushi in the buffet) and I didn't eat something that I didn't like. The entertainment team is very talented as well and there is some form of entertainment every day.
I really recommend this hotel.

Okay hotel, fairly outdated. Room is decent for what you’d expect but did have a funny smell and the sink plug was blocked and broke. Room service is basic, bedding wasn’t changed just made up, and they seem to find it difficult to provide fresh towels. Facilities in winter make it difficult to experience anything properly. Rooftop bar closed despite weather still being great. Indoor pool is small and not for kids since it’s more like a large jacuzzi, the ceiling of the indoor pool area is also FULL of mold. Spa treatment was good for the price and they had a 30% discount which was nice. The place is an absolute maze and each lift takes you to different a different location in the hotel, took us a good 2 out of the 4 days to find out what was where. Food was pretty good for an all inclusive, drinks were nothing special at all, 1 choice of beer and a wine, few standard cocktails but only in the bars. The main negative of this place is once you check out your all inclusive is revoked. You might not be travelling back for 6 hours but they make you pay for everything as soon as you check out so we decided to not have anything, been to many all inclusives over the years and every single one of them will let you use all the facilities until you leave the site. Staff were okay for the most part, one or two were rude but you get that anywhere in the world. The beach nearby isn’t actually a beach either, just a few rocks and then the sea, the area around at night is also very quiet and not a lot to do at all. Overall I’m sure this may be a solid place in the summer, but for people wanting a Christmas break it’s not 10/10 at all.
