Very nice stuffs. Very good service. Hotel is very clean. I loved it all food and everything. But for room cleaning mostly they come late on the afternoon or shortly before 6 pm but never mornings . For the buffet it was really good and delicious but breakfast buffet is always the same. And for the dinner buffet there is a big variety but when there isn't too many people they make it smaller and they put what ever there is and that mostly happens from Monday to Thursday. So if you wanted to have way more options you should try it during weekends starting Friday

This hotel is really horrible. The service attitude of waitresses in the restaurant is awful and they do not care about the customer. The room is not very clean with some bizarre smell. The fire alarm the room flashes all the time that make us very difficult to sleep and can not be turned off. The alarm outside the room will sonor in the middle of night with no reason at all. The receptionist have an correct attitude but they are mostly the young students for part time job. They don’t have the correct knowledge and availability to serve their customers. The swimming pool is dirty with a lot of insects in the water.
In all, the hotel is really awful.

Hotel was so beautiful, everything so clean, views are amazing on every side of it. Room was big and has everything you need, even balcony(every room have it). Two outdoor and one indoor pools are great, they have spa, hair salon, souvenir store and also have game room. They also have cigarette machine.
Food is great, they have three restaurants.
Cross the road is public white sand beach. Also next to it is bus stop.
Only bad thing could be location. But thats not problem if you want truly peace and relax.

Good hotel with a beautiful pool area, great views and a very nice spa. However, the rooms don't have enough European power outlets and the hotel charges for adapters. Also the service overall was not great. The pillows were quite bad and the reception promised to get me a different one and in the end they didn't. The breakfast is also quite limited and too busy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Shower was not working and only option they gave is to shower in the spa which is 4 floors below. This is not acceptable for a venue that host wedding events. Very poor service.
No option to move to another room.
