It’s generally a nice hotel and the two managers I met were lovely along w Tatiana at the Front Desk. Aside from this, most of the front of house staff were rather unfriendly bordering on rude. To cater to the U.K./US market, they really need to hold a different standard. A shame to be in a beautiful country and have the experience tainted. The two restaurants were very good.

Just returned from a really lovely stay at this hotel. My bedroom was superb, clean and comfortable. So much to choose from at Breakfast! An excellent buffet breakfast. Choice of 3 pools! Easy access to a small beach so I could sea swim. The hotel is slightly out of the way but bus stops outside so you can get to places and reception staff very helpful in telling you what buses to get. I couldn't fault the hotel and hopefully will get to stay there again

We already went 2 times and it was always an amazing experience. Nice ambience , very nice smell as you go in and very clean, nice staff as well . Parking there is an abundance and very nice views too We look forward to go again soon

Very nice stuffs. Very good service. Hotel is very clean. I loved it all food and everything. But for room cleaning mostly they come late on the afternoon or shortly before 6 pm but never mornings . For the buffet it was really good and delicious but breakfast buffet is always the same. And for the dinner buffet there is a big variety but when there isn't too many people they make it smaller and they put what ever there is and that mostly happens from Monday to Thursday. So if you wanted to have way more options you should try it during weekends starting Friday

First, the food quality was shockingly poor. It was honestly difficult to enjoy and lacked any of the flavors, freshness, or quality I expected. To be frank, it was quite unpleasant and did not meet even basic standards. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floor beneath the bed had clearly not been cleaned and was visibly dirty, which created a very uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. It’s basic for a room to be thoroughly cleaned before a guest arrives, so finding this was a major letdown. Lastly, I was floored to see that a replacement towel came at an extra cost of 70€. I find this price both unreasonable and excessive for an essential item, and it added to my frustration. Only good thing was the convenience store, that could be reached by climbing a bunch of walls. I strongly urge you to review your standards and address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. I hope to see a response indicating how you plan to resolve these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this feedback.
