Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Because of a flight change, we arrived at 3:00 AM with our 18-month-old child. The travel agency had assured us that a room would be available for early check-in, but the hotel refused to accommodate us, saying there were no rooms until the official check-in time at 2:00 PM. We asked for help finding a nearby hotel for the night, but the staff were unwilling to recommend anything and simply told us they could call a taxi so we could go from hotel to hotel ourselves. It was a horrible experience — I have never felt so badly treated, especially with a small child who was already exhausted from the journey. The food was also very disappointing. Poor quality, repetitive, and tasting like cheap canteen food. It’s obvious the hotel is cutting corners to maximize profit. The fish display looked awful — we wanted to get some for our child, but it was clearly old and unappetizing (see attached photos). There were no proper options for children, just fried foods and pizza. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, especially for families with young children. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return

Our stay at this hotel was a big disappointment. Although it claims to be family-friendly, it is absolutely not suitable for babies under one year old. top of that, the noise level was unbearable – both during the day and at night. The walls are very thin, and loud conversations and music could be heard until late hours, making rest impossible, especially with a baby. I would definitely not recommend this place to families with infants. The hotel lacks both comfort and the quiet atmosphere that are essential for traveling with small children.

One of the best hotels in Antalya! The service was immaculate, every member of staff was polite, smiling, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, though a little repetitive, but with such a wide variety it was never really an issue. The rooms and hotel overall were very clean at all times. The kids’ club was well staffed (often more staff than children), but my 6-year-old found it boring and said the person helping him didn’t speak English, so he didn’t want to return. The daytime entertainment was good, though there was no evening entertainment. Minor negatives: Rooms are a bit outdated (though we were told renovations are planned this year). Shampoo and conditioner were poor quality, but luckily we brought our own. Despite these small drawbacks, we had an amazing time and would happily return!

Its very clean. The service is superb. Its all about the guests. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. Food and drinks are good. You never have to wait. They remove towels, people laid down before 08:00 Perhaps its a little bit oudated but they make that up with everything. Keep it up.

We just returned today from our trip to Antalya, and our stay at this resort was wonderful. Two families went, and we were a total of five adults and three children. It was one of the best trips we’ve had, and we enjoyed it a lot. The service at the resort deserves more than a 10/10; the service is unmatched anywhere else. The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, friendly, and very helpful. The room was very clean, and the resort was spotless. The food was delicious and very varied. We didn’t notice anything negative, except that the resort is somewhat old. However, they told us they will be renovating it completely in October. For sure, we will choose one of the Delfin resorts again for our next visit, or the same resort. Thank you!
