The rooms are super duper clean the Service is amazing all the staff will help you anytime and wherever I walk I always see smiling faces. The food is delicious you will look and think I’m not sure but when you try it tastes like magic. The view is spectacular I wake up every morning and I wake to a beautiful pond happy faces and lovely tall palm trees. The pool is great perfect for kids, teens and adults there is even a bar next to the pool perfect for enjoying drink And for watching you kids swim. The location is beautiful all different and amazing Trees And a bunch of different Resorts. Over all the place is just so kind, sweet and special to anyone!

We had an amazing time. Beds are so comfy, rooms were clean, staff was great (we didn't have to interact too much, but when we did, they were great). The ease of the skyliners was A plus. The Trinidad building was fantastic. A short walk to literally everything, with one of the grills being directly across. Food at each location was great as well. Views were beautiful. The pools looked nice although we never used them.

This was a first time staying on Disney grounds and we will probably try another resort next time. We upgraded to a moderate priced package to get a room that slept 5 so my kids could have there own beds...just fyi they just shove an extra bed into the small room. Our room had 2 queens and a fold down short twin (at best...my 9 year old barley fit). One of the queens was so close to the bed you couldn't walk between the bed and wall. The room with tub and toilet was tiny. I actually kicked the tub one night trying to get tot the bathroom. The toilet is within inches of the tub and same with the wall so you get a step before your hitting the tub. Thankfully the sinks were outside that part of the bathroom and those were nice and upgraded. The bathroom door was also falling apart at the bottom. The rooms dont have much soundproofing so be ready to be up every morning with the rope droppers at disney. Several pools but all the good amenities were a 10 minute walk across the island to the main part of the hotel.

Great resort! Easy walk to everything you want/need in the resort. The pool was fun and not too crowded. The kids loved the waterslides.
It's Disney so the room is small for the price but that is to be expected.
Food was great! We have kids with food allergies and they took good care of us.
(Twice during our 1 night stay (we stayed to go on a Disney cruise the next day) someone stopped us in line and offered to swipe their extra meals for us)

I dreaded the trip my daughters planned to Disney and it ended up being an incredible experience. The grandchildren (from 13 yrs to 5 months) had the time of their lives. Plan for down time at the resort- it's gorgeous and so relaxing! Food at the parks could use an overhaul. As could stroller parking- they need cover from rain.
