Rooms are painfully small. You will be crammed in here. Request an under the sea room because they are the newly renovated rooms, still small but nice. The laundry room is way better than at the Grand Floridian, there are plenty of washers and dryers. The pools are nice. Cast members are all really nice and helpful. Bus stations are right there. No elevator so if you are on the second floor you will be carrying your luggage up the stairs. No refrigerator in the rooms, just a "drink chiller" which looks like a refrigerator, but doesn't get very cold.

Been staying here at least five times in my life throughout the years and it feels like a home away dorm home. Awesome food at the restaurant/s or room service, huge pools, laundromat, cafe, store, shuttle buses; the little “beach” that tan or sunbathe on even if swimming isn’t allowed that’s fine because the rest of the restive is beautiful. I have memories here from decades ago that will never be forgotten several decades later. Hopefully I can take my wife and kid here sometime. Amazing

It's just an ok resort. We stayed pre and post a cruise. The lack of elevators is a massive negative, the rooms are a bit dated and during the second stay we were notified the splash pad pool was closed seven days prior to our stay so not a lot of options to rebook. We had picked a place with the intent of enjoying the pool with our three year old during the day. The offer was a shuttle to French Quarters. The playground was really nice. Banana cabana wait staff was amazing. The skyline is the real selling point.

What's not to like about a Disney resort? The aerial trams were handy and nearby, the food choices were great and reasonable and the service was too notch. Everyone was friendly. I didn't give the resort a 5-star review mostly for the fact the resort is showing its age in areas and the rooms were set up more like cruise ship rooms. I get the room thing as it just makes sense to stick with a certain theme and setup but for the price, I would love to see a better and bigger bathroom. It was small and dated. The room was not as clean as you'd expect from Disney. There were several layers of dust on the lights that swung out from the head post. The shelving next to the beds clearly hadn't been wiped off as there were two rubber bands for someone's braces. The pillowcases had worn as well. I don't expect perfection, but I expect more out of a Disney resort than what I can get out of a standard hotel room. The main pool area was neat, there is a height LIMIT, on the splash pad so my 8-year-old was bummed BUT the rest was fun. What the rooms lacked was made up for by staff. Transportation around the area was easy. An internal shuttle takes you around every 20 minutes. Shuttles to other parks are much more frequent.

LOVE this resort! We had 2 connecting rooms and the rooms were completely renovated. The resort is very large but an internal shuttle is available and there is very little wait for it. The resort is quiet and located on the Skyliner route. Cast Members are VERY helpful and the restaurants are delicious. Highly recommend!
