This was a great place to stay at! Staff was extremely friendly, offered clean towels on the daily. The hotel has a pool on site as well as dine in restaurants. The hotel did offer shuttles to Disney from all hours of the day basically and even extending hours on the late days the park closes which was great! Hotel is also about a 10 min walk from Disney springs! So if you need to do any shopping or any brunch/dinner that was always in walking distance since you have an endless selection there.

The location is great and has a beautiful lobby. The hotel is also about a six minute walk to Disney Springs and has free shuttles to the parks which is definitely a plus. I had issues in my room with the shower drain being clogged and the coffee maker also not working, which I guess were items not checked beforehand. It wasn’t a big deal, but the lady at the front desk was very unpleasant when I came to let her know in the morning. She couldn’t hear me at first and instead of just asking me to repeat what I said, she just scrunched up her face looking very annoyed. Also did not care to listen for more than a few seconds and just said engineering will be up to my room and dismissed it. After I came back to the hotel at night, it seemed the shower was still not fixed and I asked again. It was never fixed despite asking a few times. For the duration of my stay, I had a clogged drain with water rising up to my ankles whenever I showered. Feels like the staff especially working at the front desk should have a more pleasant attitude since they are the first people guests see. Not a great impression of the hotel from customer service and was honestly disappointing given the amount we pay each day. The guys in the front were amazing, helping with bags and opening the doors when they could. Probably the ones who made the experience here enjoyable.

I stayed at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs a few weeks ago. The staff was polite, rooms clean, and grounds well-kept. The pool area was family-friendly, and Disney Springs was within walking distance. Great for families! P.S. - You might need a car if you intend to go to other parts of Orlando.

As a Disney-loving family who visits Disney World 2-3 times a year, we usually stay on property. But whenever we don’t, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is our go-to! This hotel is conveniently located within Disney World and is just a short walk to Disney Springs, making it perfect for easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel is always clean and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making it feel like home every time. While it’s not a Disney-themed hotel, it still has a family-friendly vibe with Disney touches here and there, which our kids love. Plus, the brand-new arcade is a big hit! If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-oriented place close to Disney, this is a great option!

We stayed here this past week and unfortunately in the middle of the night and on our first night after traveling all day, the bathroom flooded about half an inch due to an unknown leak. We called the front desk immediately and they were able to move us to a room that seemed to be a downgrade to the one we were originally given. We did not hear anything at all from management or the front desk after this incident. On day 2 our internet was not working at all so I called down to the front and they gave us a different password to use which only worked for a short time before going out again. While on the phone I asked about our room change and downgrade after the flooding incident and the front desk said the only thing they could do is offer us is a free breakfast for one day. We explained that due to our early park reservations we wouldn’t be able to redeem it and they responded saying that that was all they could offer. We understand that maintenance issues occur and are part of life but we had to switch rooms at 11pm in our pajamas to what was a worse room and never received any type of apology from staff nor any solution or discount for this inconvenience. I had been asleep when my boyfriend noticed the leak progressively getting worse and had to wake up and evacuate the room. The only saving grace to this hotel was its proximity to Disney Springs and free shuttle but the shuttle only comes once an hour and is booked through a company not affiliated with the hotel. It’s a shame because we have family in Orlando and travel there often so we were hoping to find a reliable hotel to stay at while visiting them but this unfortunately was not it. I do not recommend staying here because if you have an issue like we did the service after is a 0/5. They also charged an additional $40 a day for “resort fees” which is hidden and not included in the “fees” you pay at the time of booking making this hotel not nearly as affordable compared to others in the area. Overall, I will communicate to my family and friends who also travel to Orlando often to not stay here. Very disappointing.
