The weekend was lovely; however, the events of the last day completely ruined our desire to choose this hotel again. We had booked a room with a mountain view, but on the first day, we were given a room where the balcony faced a wall that went all the way up, completely blocking the view. The day before departure, we asked if a late check-out service was available, as we had a late flight. We were informed that it was available and were told the price — €25 per hour. We chose to stay for an additional 5 hours, for a total of €125 (until 5:00 PM). The next day, shortly before 1:00 PM, we received a message asking if we could come to the lobby because they wanted us to move to another room, as our current one was needed for incoming guests. They gave us the room next door, which was in much worse condition — the wardrobe had no doors, the shower only had a plastic curtain, and there was no toilet paper. As a result, the time we paid for and could have spent relaxing and sunbathing was instead spent packing and moving our belongings. When we discussed the situation with the front desk staff upon leaving, they didn’t see any problem and claimed that the amount charged was appropriate.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff there, from the moment we checked in to the minute we left, were amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need & are having the best experience possible. The hotel is so clean and welcoming. There are different things to do at different times, so you are never bored! The bar staff & restaurant staff were brilliant & treat you like royalty. I have previously stayed here & have booked next year again. Best holiday I have ever had 🩷

We spent 2 comfortable weeks here with a toddler. The hotel's strong points are the food and the beach front pier. The friendly and accommodating staff should also be mentioned. They appear to enjoy working here. There isn't really much to complain about. Technical issues are fixed promptly if you notify the staff. They have a WhatsApp hotline for this. Noisy AC may be an annoyance. We had our room changed because of this. Overheard other complain about the same. Guests are mainly Russian or British. Maybe 10% with small children. Relatively casual atmosphere, some dress up for dinner while most do not. The best cocktails are served outside above the beer bar. Late check out is €25 per hour.

Ok, but definitely not the best in town.. Can't really understand all the maxed out 'positive' reviews. The hotel simply missed out on a lot of things. Where to start? The 'welcome reception' we had gotten was pretty impersonal; the hostess was a bit cold and didn't really seem to try to make us feel welcome. Kids would really like some ice cream after a long trip but this simply wasn't available at 8pm (cmon).Guest weary maybe? The all in formula is pretty much the same as all other hotels in Turkey; the same food and drinks (way to mushy and oily fries, sugarless desserts that all taste the same, low alcoholic drinks - yes, bear in mind none of the hotels nor travel agencies tell you they serve beverages specially brewed for all in formula hotels that contain little alcohol by law even though the bottles tell you otherwise! - salty vegetables and rice, untasteful pizzas ergo mostly mass production stuff. Staff politeness differs from friendly and sincere towards compulsory and hastily. Also note that not everything is included; f.e. you pay extra for the a la carte restaurant and also for the cabins on the jetty. The room we had was the biggest letdown; noisy (blower fans on the roof made the whole room tremble) not really clean (mold in the shower, yellowish grouting between the tiles) and showed signs of moist problems (wooden frames started to rot) due to not having a decent ventilation system in the bathroom. Annoying bright lights at night from tv, a sort of movement detection system and the digital alarm clock which all had to be covered with blankets. It was too hot inside the room and since there was so much noise from the fans we couldn't open up a window nor could we leave on the AC unit because it was producing a bunch of noise too. Mattresses too stiff and worn out; could feel the spirals. Couldn't use the balcony to enjoy anything of the 'sea view' sights because of the very loud noise constantly. Also you could easily climb towards the balcony next to you due to having close to zero bordering there. Could see the neighbour lying in his bed when peeking around the corner. The duplex room was meant for 4 persons but we only had 1 small bathroom? Other rooms did contain an extra bathroom so that's odd. Also only 2 chairs on the balcony for 4 persons? As if we were given an old 2p room changed into a 4p one. The upper bedroom was also claustrophobic small, lacked windows and too hot. More of an attic really. Mini bar didn't contain any snacks/crisps/nuts . In the restaurant had to get your own cutlery and clean the table several times. They never came along to offer us beverages and empty plates were almost pulled away from under your nose. A tad rude. Food trucks served us frozen springrolls and they used pre cooked meat or leftovers to prepare tacos? At the hamburger stand they were out of coleslaw and spicy mayo the whole day even though it was on the menu. The Guinness tap in the cafe (again, the malt variant) was broken twice. Not all beers were available on the taps at the other bars even though they show them in videos. Mostly malt Efes. Pool is way too small too facilitate even 10% of the guests at high season and the area is stuffed with so many sunbeds it's like sardines in a can. Pool is surrounded by buildings and trees so has no nice view. Unlike the promotional pictures. The pool is also unheated/cold even at the slides so rarely anyone used them; especially not the children. Slides also closed at prime time between 12:00 and 14:00? Slides really need a renovation, showed signs of wear and tear. Beach area decent (mind you, stones not sand) however also way to many sunbeds here The Ibiza style bars + coffee corner were nice and so was the jetty. We did appreciate the area and location as a whole. But all in all not the best hotel in town and definately not worth the money we paid for. It's simply not 5*. No second time for us here. We expected more from the renowned Hilton formula but it seems to be faded glory.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya Kemer. Overall, the impression was positive, but there are a few things that could be improved. On the downside: the hotel clearly needs some renovation, and the rooms feel a bit outdated. Also, there was a bottle labeled as hair conditioner in the bathroom, but it turned out to be empty — a small detail. On the positive side: the food was excellent and very diverse, with plenty of options for every taste. The evening animation was fun and atmospheric, and the children’s entertainment was well-organized, which makes the hotel great for families. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Another big plus is that there were no pushy sellers of extra services — everything felt calm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s interior and the beautiful evening lighting, which created a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel left a very good impression.
