Absolutely breathtaking place to be, paradise on earth.
Very friendly employees, ready to solve even the most difficult problems.
The richness, versatility and quality of the food is mind boggling. Bars are ready to mix complex cocktails professionally and quickly.
Special thanks to the hotel's photographer, whose cheerful mood and smooth jokes made the photo session especially enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back. Thank you so much!!!

Hotel is on 5 stars and were very happy. Good location with easy access to to town center at one side with private beach on other side. Also helpful staff and cleam room. Bigger pluses are for drinks and food ( food tracks was my favorite ). At side of hotel is place with motor sport when You can hire etc jet ski. We spent there nice time.

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great.
The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable.
Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch!
Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels. However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters.
One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly.
Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June.

This was a good hotel. However, it wasn't perfect.
Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room. I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for.
They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it as we just wanted to go to sleep. Upon reflection and hearing other guests complaining about the same thing, I believe they are selling double rooms to families which are too small and not suitable then trying to upsell
My second complaint is that the service was patchy. Some of it was great such as never having to wait at the bar but the restaurants were a different story. Some days great but other days we were not offered a drink, had to go get knives and forks from other tables. The restaurant staff were working hard but there wasn't enough of them
My third complaint is the number of flies in the restaurant. When you are walking through the food area and see multiple flies on the food, it's off putting and disgusting.
However, there was lots of good and we had a good time.
The cleaners were good in the room, communal areas, pools, bars etc... The place was always spotless.
The pool area, daytime entertainment, slides were all brilliant.
The staff were friendly and very nice and would do anything for us
The food was all tasty and the food trucks at lunchtime were awesome.
The drinks and cocktails were all nice.,
The guys on the roller blades around the pool and pier were fantastic.
The pier, lifeguards and stony beach were lovely with crystal clear water.
The coffee shops were amazing as was the ice cream shop. Kids loved the ice cream and parents loved to coffee and cakes
Overall, I'd go back again but the hotel has some work to do on the first three points.

That was our first time in Turkey and we had the best holiday. The hotel is compact but absolutely stunning. We celebrated our anniversary and my partner's birthday and they made it very special having decorated our room (twice!) and served little gifts. They have the nicest staff I've met in any hotel, everyone is super nice, polite and smiling. Special thanks to the two female waitresses in the front two chambers of the main restaurant, can't remember their names but one had shorter ginger hair and the other was a short brunette with her hair in a long braid, and the young waiter Harun, also the boy on the skates, the lady in the towel service, and ladies in the Mickey Brown's. Ahh and the bartender at the rooftop bar. I could continue so on and so on.
The entertainment was lovely too. I had so much fun doing water aerobics with Mr. Apo, and loved to start my day with yoga so close to the sea.
The hotel is beautifully located between the crystal blue sea and dramatic mountains. Thanks to its compact size, you always get breathing views, wherever you are. Perfect for a romantic gateway. There were a few couples with kids but overall it felt like mostly an adult hotel.
The food was very nice. Variety of options. Breakfast could be a bit more "breakfasty" - unsure if anyone has chicken soup for breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the food trucks at lunch that give you a refreshing break from the buffet. We never had to queue there for too long either.
We loved that they had two pool tables, table tennis, and darts. Sadly we didn't get to try the tennis court and just one bit of feedback that the beach volleyball wasn't looking very inviting. Another comment for improvement of entertainment, it would be great if there were some board games in the lobby bar or George's Pub. They already have an impressive bookshelf in the lobby so I was disappointed not to find any boardgames there.
We were also looking forward to Turkish a'la carte restaurant but they didn't have it on the program that week.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to give this hotel 5 stars. We had the best time and we would highly recommend staying in DoubleTree by Hilton in Kemer.
