Hello! My family and I thank the hotel and its team for the wonderful days we had! Comfortable rooms on all sides, my family of 4 with children was great! The breakfasts and dinners (especially the dinner with live music) pleasantly surprised us, and in the evening we visited the pool bar on the street, where there was a big screen with a football broadcast (this is a great addition when you want to relax without leaving the hotel). There were a variety of dishes to choose from and quick cooking (although the hotel was obviously loaded with guests). The hotel itself has been very beautifully decorated at the reception and there are many comfortable sofas for waiting. The staff is very caring and polite, they helped and solved all the issues! Convenient location to the airport (maximum 30 minutes) and to the Dubai Mall in 10 minutes. Thank you again! You are professionals!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dubai Business Bay, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s prime location, luxurious amenities, and outstanding customer service make it a standout choice for travelers.
A special mention must go to Ye Win, the manager at The Square restaurant within the hotel for his wonderful hospitality. The food at The Square was impeccable, offering a delightful variety of dishes that cater to all tastes.
The rest of the hotel staff was equally professional and welcoming, and the property itself is beautifully maintained. From the modern, well-appointed rooms to the relaxing pool area and gym, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Thank you, DoubleTree by Hilton, for such a memorable stay, and kudos to Ye Win for setting a benchmark in hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

From arrival till departure and for the entire duration of our stay we enjoyed the double tree by Hilton. Not sure if the warm cookies at reception are a Christmas treat or year round offering but we really enjoyed those. Breakfast was great, with a great selection. Comfortable rooms, nice and quiet. Great location, pool area great. Staff very nice and always helpful. Will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay. Upon request, I was given a room with a balcony, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Sana, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. The rest of the service staff were equally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast—what more could you ask for?

Our stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay was very memorable. The hotel is beautiful and strategically situated close to downtown Dubai. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious. The hotel staff particularly Rasool and Pauline were very helpful and attentive from my initial contact and throughout our stay at the hotel.
It was my daughter's birthday during our visit, and Rasool coordinated with the staff to deliver cake and a handwritten note to our room while we were at breakfast. Oh, the food variety were also very good and delicious.
I happen to fall ill while on holiday and the staff was amazing. They checked on me daily, brought fruit platter and one of the staff of Asian descent with his name starting with "V". I probably should have written his full name down, brought hot tea with lemon, ginger and honey. I have to say, we were all well taken care of.
We will definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit to Dubai. I am a satisfied guest!
