Had such a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing — especially the egg dishes! So many options and everything was really tasty. Big thanks to Chef Said, Eiza, and Sweta for being so kind and cheerful every morning. They made my mornings even better. Highly recommend this place!

This was the best Hilton hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel itself is very clean and smells really nice but what makes this place truly special is the staff. They are all so helpful and friendly. The restaurant, especially their breakfast and dinner buffets, is some of the best hotel food I've ever had. Friday night Malaysian night is a must try! And the staff is just top notch. You can tell that the chefs work really hard to give us high quality delicious food(Chef Rene, Chef Novi, Chef Manos, Chef Mercy, Chef Zaman--Thank you!). All very friendly. Naseem, restaurant manager, made sure I had my daily fruit I needed for my health and that we were taken care of. Even giving me a small care package for my trip home. So thoughtful. Cleaning staff did a great job each day with cleaning our rooms, even leaving us a nice note with chocolate. I'm sad to be leaving and will miss the food and more importantly, the people here. Hope I can come back one day.

Had a wonderful time at Bay Club! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The highlight of our visit was definitely the amazing service, Ganesh and Neshani were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything was taken care of with a smile. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. This hotel is truly amazing, but besides the hotel itself, what makes it even more amazing? Is the staff. The headwaiter Naseem is truly a remarkable person who remembers every little detail and makes her stay feel like you're the only person here. Rihan is a wonderful waiter than gives you extra special attention. The ladies in the floor 2 bar are some of the best I have met. But now let's talk about Malaysia night... With this particular Hilton does is truly amazing. Letting the executive chef explore his culture is truly a unique thing that we have not seen elsewhere. Chef Rene accompanied by his crew Chefs Novi, Manoj, Mercy, Zaman - have excelled at creating a cultural feast to introduce people to a beautiful culture through food. I can't say enough good about this hotel. Just come and stay here. PS the spa is amazing too and everyone there is 100% amazing.
