Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service ✨ Thank you to the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort for an unforgettable experience! - I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel in July 2024, and today I am returning again because of the outstanding experience I had before, As a guest from United Arab Emirates - The warm welcome from Ms. Mehreen (ResCare Team) made us feel at home from the very first moment. - Efficient Check-in & Hospitality: Special thanks to Ms. Ploy for the swift check-in process and friendly reception that made the start of our stay seamless. - The room was comfortable and spotless, with high-quality amenities. - Prompt responses from the staff, especially Ms. Nook (Guest Service Agent), who was always available to ensure our comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Kate and the intern Pieter from the Netherlands for their friendly guidance and detailed information about the hotel’s facilities. Not good experience. They have mentioned on their. site that construction is going on. However, there is tooo much loud sound from 10 AM to 5 PM. Annie was not at all friendly and did not provide good service. She intentionally provided us the construction side rooms. She have problem with Indians as she gave room to Indians on construction side. Other staff is really good. Don't waste your money, at least till they finish their work.

Please people do not book this hotel there are major construction works taking place i booked a very expensive deluxe pool access room and was unable to use the pool area due to the noise and dust coming from the demolition works I have video evidence of this and pictures of the hotel having the demolition works done The hotel offered me 4 free drinks plus a taxi cab fare back to the airport Pretty poor if you ask me The hotel management have emailed me once saying they are giving me a full refund for my 14 night stay upto now they have refunded me 3 nights and no one is answering or acknowledging my emails Further more luxury holidays tld whom I booked with actually knew of these planned works but because I'd already paid in full they didn't bother to inform me .hopefully this review will prompt the hotel management to respond and give me an up date

Overall pretty amazing experience, customer care at the highest quality. Rooms are nicely kept, the housekeeping is great. Good amenities provided as per hilton standards. Very nice pool with the coolest bartender Tony (if I recall correctly, sorry bro), very friendly and making great drinks and great atmosphere. Everybody from the staff was very kind, always smiling and willing to help. At the front desk they can recommend a lot of activities, bars and give very good advices for the outside activities. Even thought we had a small inconvenience at the pool, the staff managed it professionally and with a lot of care, the customer care at the highest standards. Great location for lots of activities especially night life due to the vicinity to the Bangla Road. The hotel is also on the beach front, with complimentary towels and umbrellas provided by the hotel. Definitely recommend for your stay in Patong Beach.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. A big thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful anniversary setup in our room – it was such a special touch that made our celebration even more memorable. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt truly pampered throughout our stay. I also want to give a special shoutout to the incredible front office staff – Lena, Nitta, Air, Kate, and Nitchakarn. Their friendly and professional service went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
