We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Phuket! We were a group of 6, which can sometimes be a bit chaotic, but everything was so well-organized that it didn’t matter at all. The hotel is absolutely great. Super clean, with incredibly friendly and professional staff. The bars and The Port restaurant were amazing. The food and beverage offerings were top-notch, with excellent service quality and delicious flavors. A special thank you to Jefferey for making our time even more memorable. Highly recommend!

I love the Hilton! The location is amazing, close to everything that you may need / want to see including the iconic Bangla Road and Patong Beach. The breakfast is great with tons of options and the staff are all super nice and professional! My only downside with this property would be that their bathrooms unfortunately develop a smell somewhat of sewage after the rain. It doesn’t last overly long but it’s there for some time. A portion of the property is under construction so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it but I do think they should warn you of that. It’s not the worst thing in the world but again, a warning would be nice.. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will also 100% be staying again when I return.

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Patong Beach! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Patong and just a few steps from the beach. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing — we especially loved the swim-up bar! 🍹 The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Even though the hotel is close to all the action, it still feels calm and relaxing once you’re inside. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Phuket! 🌴✨

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The receptionists during check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel wonderful and at ease right away. A big thank you to the hotel for the upgrade to the Premium Suite with Pool Access. It was such a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy. Perfect for relaxing after exploring Patong. The location of the hotel is excellent , just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet retreat. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Careline staff Susan, who went above and beyond to assist with our requests and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. Her thoughtful service truly made our stay memorable. We had an early morning flight on our check-out day and couldn’t make it to the restaurant for breakfast, but the team was so kind to prepare breakfast boxes for us to bring to the airport. Such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. In fact, we believe it will be even more beautiful and comfortable once completed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great service, great location, and great people. We’ll definitely be back again on our next trip to Phuket!

I booked a basic room for two nights, but as a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a deluxe pool access room on the day of check-in. I was upgraded to a recently renovated room. At this hotel, I met the best Hilton staff manager I've ever met. Her name is Air. Even though my English is limited, she explained everything in a way I could understand. Her accent, with its Indian accent, was incredibly sexy. The next day, I was injured in an accident, and she was very concerned . She extended my check-out to the maximum possible time, allowing me to get a massage and a clean shower before leaving the country feeling refreshed. I'm once again grateful for her kindness and generosity. I would definitely visit again.
