We stayed here in January of 2025 and had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and always attentive. The one thing to keep in mind with this location is that it’s very heavily congested all throughout the day and even moreso at night. So if you’re planning on leaving the area for sightseeing or going elsewhere there is a good chance it’ll take you at least 10-15 minutes just to get through. So I do recommend staying in some other area if you plan on moving around constantly. The hotel itself is quite large as well and will require a 5ish minute walk to get from the rooms to the breakfast area or to exit the hotel depending on where your room is. They do have multiple pools though which meant it was super easy to find a pool that was quiet in case you wanted a more peaceful experience or one with some more action and movement if you preferred. The room was fine but we opted for a single bed room which we thought would mean a king or queen sized bed. However it had two full sized beds pushed together. While at first glance it looked fine, we ended up finding it uncomfortable because we had to sleep on separate sides because if we slept in the center the beds weren’t comfortable. We did love the cookie theme at the hotel and the welcome cookie when we checked in was absolutely out of this world. Totally blew me away. Overall the hotel and the staff are amazing, and if the bed situation was a bit different I think this would definitely be a 5 star review!

This is a lovely property; the staff, rooms, and experience were all better than I expected. I was worried that the property’s proximity to nightlife meant it would not be a quiet and relaxing place to stay, but it was very peaceful. You hardly hear any noise from the surrounding roads, clubs, and beach. The rooms are very nicely furnished, and the pools are gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

Best property location. Perfect ambience Amazing service Aesthetic and immaculate We stayed in our villa as a family of eight that included four adults and four kids ……all of us had amazing memorable time in the villa. The private pool deck was perfect for our family time. The rooms were large and spacious had enough space and storage for all our luggage. Every room had it Personal bathtub, shower and Jacuzzi We loved our time at Hilton and will definitely recommend anybody who’s looking for a quality time in the vicinity of Patang Beach. The lady Ploy on the service desk was patient and helpful.

The hotel is amazing and location is very good . It’s in prime location…A Perfect gateway ….it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, LENA was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private balcony was truly amazing Dining was another standout. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurants served incredible vegetarian meals.. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this resort has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back! Thanks a lot LENA..

Overall pleasant stay - was very packed for New Year’s Eve however the staff were very nice and efficient. They served cookies upon arrival, upgraded to a pool view g/f room however the pool area didn’t seem well maintained, there were towels lying everywhere. Diamond status was honored they provide free drink, and breakfast was good variety. Great spot if you are looking for convenience to Patong street
