I stayed at the hotel between 21/08/2025 and 26/08/2025. On the first night, we arrived around 3:00 AM after our flight, but unfortunately, we were asked to wait until the official check-in time, which meant nearly 12 hours in the lobby. During this time, when we wanted to have breakfast, the buffet restaurant charged us $10 per person. After check-in, we settled into our rooms, which were very nice, and overall the hotel facilities were quite sufficient. One small drawback was that the minibars in the rooms were stocked only with water. At the hotel’s Q Bar, all-inclusive guests can enjoy complimentary alcoholic drinks until 11:00 PM. The bartender, Shaima, was very attentive and welcoming—I truly appreciate her hospitality. Likewise, Ali from the entertainment team took great care of us, and I would also like to thank him. Overall, the atmosphere and accommodation quality were very satisfying. While the food did not fully match my taste as a Turkish guest, I can confidently say that I would choose this hotel again in the future.

First time to Egypt and have had a brilliant time here. All the staff go over and above to help you and make sure you have the best time. Animation team do their best to entertain with limited resources but are all happy and friendly and work very hard. Rooms were huge and clean ( mountain side ) and we never had a problem with the food. Great holiday

Well presented hotel. Service and hospitality top notch. Food selection is v good. Can’t complain and overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and calm. Only downside is when it come a to lunch and dinner. Everyone goes in at once and seating area is limited. Queues for food are long and they only have one food service area. Apart from that all good. Just need to review how they serve food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food buffet was absolutely great — a wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something for everyone. The staff truly made the experience even better. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and excellent food!

Horrible customer service! With only few exceptions (room service) in this hotel - my feelings are very, very bad about this Hilton. Samples: 23.00 and they will not give you any drinks\soft drinks for free (on all inclusive option). Just FEW SECONDS after 23.00 and rude staff at smaller reception (beachside) was laughing and didn't Gave us anything (we came back late from long trip). Second thing: the stuff stole our towels from sunbeds while we were only on fast lunch and we used those sunbeds almost 5 hours before lunch while 90% of other sunbeds where "Reserved" by towels and noone comes through all day! They stole only our towels saying that allegedly you can't leave them without using them more than 45 minutes. They even didn't touch any other sunbeds... Third thing: beach bars stuff: not enough people to serve people without long waiting. Fourth thing - reception stuff: they are doing a "mercy" that the customer come to the reception for check in and despite of promise of getting our room in 1 hour - we get it after about 2,5h. Food very good but I think main restaurant is little bit too small for such amount of guests. Arabic people also make such a big messes on their tables by wasting huge (!!!) amounts of food that the stuff can't keep up with cleaning it... Shame to waste such amounts of food and noone will come to them and pay attention about this... Rooms are ok (in the Beachside), room service perfect (only one perfect thing in this hotel. With the allegedly 45 minutes rule of not letting sunbeds unattended - all sunbeds are reserved very quickly before breakfast and stuff doesn't react on this. What's moreh - Today is fourth day of waiting for Hilton's customer service for responding to my emails (about confirmation of reservation). Only 4 days ;) My stay for sure will come to the end and the answer will not come I guess. To sum up - double tree by Hilton In sharm el sheikh it's absolutely not a standard of Hilton in other countries which I used before. Animations -very poor, no fun at all. A lot to fix in my opinion. Zero of understanding to customer's needs. I am sad about my vacations Here....
