We had started in a room which wasn’t suitable for us, so had to get reception to change our rooms closer to the hotel as we were 2 girls on holiday ourselves! And bahii had us a change of rooms the next day, we felt it was a lot better and we weren’t in the ground floor! All the staff were fantastic and helpful especially bahii, hany, hassan (snack pool bar) and khalisd from the Olympic bar! They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt safe and had a good time! We had great time with the entertainment team too asma is absolutely fantastic x thank you for a great 1st time for me in Egypt and my friends 3rd time we will definitely be back. Xx

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Sharm El Sheikh. The service was truly exceptional, especially in the restaurants. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made every meal enjoyable. A special thanks to Chef Hany (Head Chef) and Chef Hany (Sous Chef) for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Both went above and beyond to make sure guests had a fantastic dining experience with delicious, well-prepared dishes. Their passion and care really stand out. Highly recommended hotel – not only for the beautiful setting, but also for the amazing team that makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back!

My stay was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every second of it and I look forward to coming back soon as possible. Made some brilliant friends with boula, amgadfared, magdy - in the shop and hesham the life guard and moubarak Momen rady the barman is rather friendly and always welcoming to all guests. I would recommend this place to friends which I already have and looking at booking. Food could be better. But still no complaints

I had a wonderful stay at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank Fatma Ahmad el hadari Ahmad mahmoud Hamada saiid Wafaa Ahmad housekeeping Chef saad Moamen Gameel for their outstanding service and kindness—they really made my stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting sharm el sheikh, and I look forward to coming back again.

I would not recommend staying here. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. • Rooms: The room had no proper lighting apart from a small bedside lamp, which made it feel dark and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, we found little scorpions crawling on the floor every single day – we had to kill around 10 during our stay! This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of a high standard. • Service: The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. As soon as we checked out, we were charged extra for everything, despite the fact that we lost our first full day due to a late arrival. There was no flexibility or option for late check-out, even though our transfer was much later in the day. • Spa: The spa staff were extremely pushy, constantly pressuring us into treatments. One example – we were “encouraged” to book a 50-minute foot spa treatment, but it was over in less than 20 minutes. It felt misleading and like a money grab. • “All Inclusive”: The hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, but this is far from the truth. We had to pay extra for bottled water, ice cream, and even small items that should clearly be included. By the time you check out, you are hit with hidden charges everywhere. Overall, this was one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve had. Between the poor facilities, constant extra charges, pests in the room, and rude staff, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
