Stunningly beautiful hotel.
We left belongings at our first hotel and ‘Danish’ was our hero - he went above and beyond to help us….. an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel.
Breakfast was lovely.
The private beach had plenty of loungers and was stunning - water sports on offer.
Luxurious and I’d definitely return.
Our room had cooking facilities and a large fridge freezer !!

The service at this hotel is phenomenal. A special shout out to Daniel from Cameroon who assisted us last night in many ways and gave service above and beyond. Beautiful pool area and beach. Khyber has top-notch Indian food and very affordable. Make sure to take a walk out the back of the hotel toward West Beach with many more restaurants and clubs

Thank you so much for your kindness and service. Food has been amazing, breakfast was stunning with a wide range. Linn and Aung have been so pleasant every single day with 5star customer service.
Improvements would be bathroom layout. Taps were stuck to shower mode and the glass restricts reaching taps. I had to climb in and over the bath and fill the bath up with the shower head. Would not be ideal for older individuals.
Khyber the Indian restaurant was STUNNING. Dukes bar cocktails on happy hour… delightful.

Generally good food but very bad service with unpleasant reception team. Overall very negative experience for the following reasons:
1. Reception staff very dry and nonfriendly, didn't help at all in any request we made, no smiling and arrogant, clearly not happy to be there.
2. Restaurants under staffed. Every meal every day long queue and very slow service.
3. Worst point t is that a member from reception staff took and passed on my credit card details to fraudsters who used my card for over £2500 in the UK Harrods funny enough... case is being reported to police and investigation 4
going on because this was unethical and very bad to happen in a "5" star hotel. You cannot even trust staff or system with your financial credentials.
4. Pool and beach security and staff are truly annoying and the fact that the area is shared with residents from other building caused so much inconvenience, not only me but frustration was clear by other guests as most of us argued with staff for shifting us left and right... very very annoying.
Overall I truly do NOT recommend this hotel and for your money go and take something much better as the palm has so much more and better to offer. This hotel just gives a shame to the palm standards.

We recently stayed at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway, to celebrate our son’s birthday, and I can’t express enough how this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every staff member was dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience possible.
The cleaning staff were incredible – not only was our room spotless each day, but they even left small touches that made our stay feel personalized and special. It was as if they anticipated our every need before we even asked.
The security team was both friendly and professional, always greeting us with smiles and making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that our well-being was their top priority.
And we can’t say enough about the concierge team. They were always on hand to assist with any request, big or small. From helping us arrange a surprise for our son’s birthday to giving us great recommendations on things to do around Dubai, they truly went out of their way to make everything perfect.
Every member of the team, from start to finish, made us feel like VIPs. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single department delivers outstanding service, but Dukes The Palm managed it effortlessly. They made our son’s birthday an experience we’ll never forget, and for that, we are forever grateful.
If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets warmth and personalized care, Dukes The Palm is the place to be. We can’t wait to return for another stay!
