Rooms are lovely, clean. Lack enough storage space/hangers for a family of 4. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Shout out to Roman and Ajay in the restaurant for great service. Given UK holidays. Kids club wasn’t very interactive and kids left to on devices but only visited once during our stay because of this. Although in Dubai there is plenty to do. Soft play and trampolines in the mall opposite hotel although with arcades. Overall great stay.

I had a lovely time at Duke's the Palm Hotel. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The staff were great. I have to appreciate the staff at restaurants, especially Ajay and Paye, with very hospitality and professionalism. Perfect hotel with the most amazing beach view. This was second time visiting Dubai and both times we were in this Hotel. That should say something😀

The hotel is very great the service with many great staff always being available to help at any time with anything . Also the views were very nice it offered stunning views of the palm Jumeriah. The facilities were amazing for example the gym and the infinity pool which offered stunning views. And the beach was also amazing you can see all sorts of marine life in there. And the food and the Buffett and the restaurant ext to the infinity pool were super tasty. My one any only concern is that the infinity pool was a bit dirty I always found little bits of dirt and sand in the water while I was swimming underwater also at one point I found a freshly chewed piece of gum at the bottom of the pool. But the overall experience was great and would come here again

We spent 6 nights at Dukes The Palm with our family, and we can highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children – or even without. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they were especially sweet to our daughter, which made our stay even more special. We would like to highlight a few staff members who made our little girl's days brighter: Usama surprised us on the first day by taking a family photo and later delivering it to our room in the form of a postcard – such a lovely gesture! Mainul always brought little gifts for our daughter Mira, making her feel special. Hnin sent our daughter's favorite fruit and some extra sweets to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. Melody was our daughter's favorite receptionist at the front desk. Even though our daughter doesn't speak English, they had long conversations, which warmed our hearts. The only downside of our stay was that the lazy river was under renovation for the entire time, which was not communicated to us in advance via Booking.com or the hotel. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand, as we might have chosen different dates for our holiday. The beach is beautiful and sandy, just a 5-minute walk away, or you can take a small golf cart ride provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

We are for the second time in the Dukes the Palm. We love hotel very much! It amazing! Beautiful infinity swimming pool with excellent views. Food is very good. Staff is very attentive, comply all our requests. Melody helps us all the time, she is very attentive, helpful and nice Ashique he help us very well and Akram Concierge
