Came in September 2024, the resort was beautiful and the weather was gorgeous!
The best thing about it all, opposite is the Sunday market, got some bargains for cheap!
Unfortunately 3/4 days into the holiday myself and partner got sickness and diarrhea, when we arrived back into the UK it was confimed of food poisoning, we only ate at the resort.
The staff are lovely, well some are and if you tip them they're your best friends and will give you great service.
Don't use the shops onsite, they're expensive, trek outside the resort and find the cheaper shops/ markets.
Won't be staying here again from how unwell we became but will definitely be back to the area as it's beautiful!
Rooms were clean and tidy and we didn't fall for the €100 euro scam to upgrade when it's the exact same room just slightly bigger, if they have no rooms left they transfer you to their sister hotels.

This is one of the best places ever I recommend staying here the service was great and don’t even get me started with the food it is a 5 the room very clean housekeeping was very good and cleaned up but one thing is the blankets aren’t that comfy I would recommend getting soft blankets but this hotel and the the resort is BRILLIANT! It was my first vacation and personally my best one yet so have fun If your staying

We stayed here for 10 days and the hotel itself was lovely and clean. Service was great from everyone there, great with kids and helped out when they could. Our room was cleaner every two days with fresh bedding and towels and refreshments. There is lots of food to choose from (just be careful on what you eat) the beach on the island is great. Alanya town is worth a visit too loads to do there for everyone. However something to definitely consider is if you do end up with a server sickness bug or just need need treatment for anything (like my partner and 2 year old daughter) the hospitals are good and will see you straight away, however when it’s time for you to go back to the hotel they start demanding money and they say the insurance won’t pay even when you have contacted the insurance directly. The hospital will refuse to send the insurance a medical receipt this is the reason insurances can’t pay! They demand cash for you to leave, they left my partner and daughter with a cannula in and said they will not be removed unless we pay, we was threatened with police if we left the building and they won’t even give you a drink of water. They were asking for £3500 for anti sickness through a drip. When we finally got this sorted the doctor said the sickness can be from the pools in the hotel not been cleaned properly(not enough chlorine) and also if someone has coughed on food or not washed there hands properly and we are eating the food we can end up ill from it.

The hotel was a disaster, I do not recommend it. We went on holiday with 3 families (13 people in total), I will add that this is our 3rd trip to Turkey and only from this hotel we have such unpleasant adventures. The lady at the reception was not nice, the rooms were in a nice style, unfortunately cleaning was only about improving the bedding and changing the towels. The food was not the worst but unfortunately repetitive, all drinks were served in dirty, scratched and used plastic cups, even wine glasses made of reusable plastic. Animation for children - I travel a lot but I have never seen such poor ones anywhere, the animators with gloomy faces did not encourage fun. Even aqua fitness was every second or third day. There was a siphon everywhere and every now and then we came across vomit which was cleaned up quite quickly but unfortunately after the third day of our stay we found out why. Out of the 13-person group, 9 people got sick (diarrhea and vomiting). When I went to the doctor downstairs in the lobby for help, the lady said that we should drink cola and coffee and if that didn't help, she could just call a taxi to take us to the hospital. We decided to go to the pharmacy and buy the medicine ourselves and imagine our surprise when we saw a nearby pharmacy besieged by people who were looking for help for the same ailments. We probably got poisoned by the water from the pool (the gentleman at the reception confirmed that it could be from that because it's a common situation for them). If I could, I would give zero stars. I advise against it to anyone who is planning a trip there.

Out of the 17 of us who went , 7 of us were physically sick and ill. My uncle cracked his head open from the poor cleaning and fail of safety, he spent nearly £1000 on medical bills too! We had to make a complaint but we were told by the hotel staff to NOT submit it.The food wasn’t very nice and i lived off chips for the whole holiday. On the island some of the toilets were covered in vomit and the hygiene wasn’t good. The slides were quite fun but had very long queues. The lifeguard kept on going on the slide himself and was not supervising the other children going down the slides too.
To put it shortly, I have never been so excited to come home
