My stay at the Elba Hotel in Majorca was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The food was excellent, providing a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal—close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend the Elba Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Majorca!

It's our last day here and we have mixed feelings about the experience.
Pros:
The view from our room was absolutely stunning—probably the best feature of the hotel.
The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, which made for a nice first impression.
I really appreciated the convenience of the hotel app, where you can check details and even reserve spa treatments. It’s a great feature!
Cons:
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big letdown. As I write this, I’m sitting in the breakfast area, feeling quite disappointed. No one greeted us or checked our room number when we arrived. Many tables were left messy and uncleared, creating a poor atmosphere.
The food quality didn’t feel great, like it was just made to get it done, not with care. The layout was confusing too—cereal and milk were on opposite sides of the room, honey was in two different areas, and you have to walk around a lot to piece together your meal.
We had high expectations because breakfasts at other Mallorca hotels have been amazing, but this was way below standard.
We also misunderstood the pool policy. I had called ahead to confirm if the hotel was family-friendly, but it turns out children aren’t allowed in the indoor pool. I should’ve clarified this, but it was still disappointing.
My Lymphatic Drainage massage wasn’t great. Honestly, I could’ve done a better job myself. To make it worse, a fire drill alarm went off during the massage, and the masseuse just carried on as if nothing was happening.
Some small things added up: water bottles in the minibar weren’t refilled, and signage around the hotel was confusing. To get to our room on the fourth floor, we had to go through the garage and navigate another building—very odd. The elevator only mentioned parking, which made things more confusing, and finding the spa was tricky with no clear signs on the first floor.
All in all, while the view was incredible and the staff were friendly, the issues—especially the disappointing breakfast—really overshadowed our stay. I hope the hotel takes these comments on board to improve the experience for future guests.

We loved this hotel! We booked 10 months in advance and got a great deal on a room with breakfast and dinner. The foood was AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is 17 Euro per day, but you can find parking in the area if you want to save the money.

The hotel itself was a nice hotel, had stunning views, the location is not the greatest for closed season so I would recommend booking during open season as you’d need to walk around 20 minutes to even find an open supermarket.
The let down for our stay was the service we received from the receptionist Martha, we weren’t happy with her service at all, we paid extra online to book a “pool view room with balcony OR terrace” when we got to our room it was a ground floor terrace room with zero view of the pool all we could see was sun loungers, we called reception and asked Martha if we could change our room as we saw there was unoccupied rooms one floor above and she said no as this is the “category” we’ve booked and would need to pay extra, I expressed to her we booked a pool view room with a balcony or terrace option and I’m requesting a balcony instead and she said she could not change our room.
The room itself was ok but not what we booked and paid for, bearing in mind we actually paid extra for this room. The water from the shower was always running under the door which led to us having wet floors in the corridor everytime we showered.
From then onwards we felt like we just had passive aggressive behaviour from the receptionist, we called the day before asking to do late checkout the next day, which we were going to pay for we were told to call the next morning to see if the room is available, we called the next morning and she said it’s no available it’s fully booked, I don’t understand how the room got booked overnight, every hotel I’ve been to has always allowed you to pre book a late checkout.
We then went upstairs to check out and hand put our suitcases in the luggage room, we waited at reception for about 5 minutes as she was assisting someone else that was putting their luggage away, we had no problem waiting however when it came to serving us she said “ put your luggage here and I will take it in” I denied leaving my luggage in reception as it was my personal belongings, i told her that I just saw her help someone else to the luggage room so why wouldn’t she just take us to put our luggage away, she tried to say as other people were waiting I should leave my luggage in reception, we also waited 5 minutes which didn’t bother her but she didn’t want to make anyone else wait, eventually I had to go back and forth with her multiple times just to get her to walk us over to the luggage room.
Overall our experience was unpleasant due to the service we received from the receptionist, the breakfast is also not friendly to those who don’t eat pork, we skipped breakfast the second day as it was not the best quality of food

I recently stayed at the Elba Sunset Mallorca, and I couldn’t have asked for a more serene getaway. The sea views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset—it felt like a postcard come to life. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the Thalasso Spa was a true highlight, offering ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options, including some great gluten-free choices. While the hotel is perched on a hill, I found the walk down to be worth it for the incredible views. Highly recommend for couples or anyone seeking a luxurious escape!
