We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick, we were chauffeured to our room by a buggy which was great as we have younger children and the hotel covers a lot of ground.
However on arrival at our room there was only one bed when we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. We went to reception and they didn’t end up coming for a good hour.
The room wasn’t overly clean either as we found an opened sanitary product under the bed…
The grounds are nice to look at and if you like animals there’s lots of cats and kittens that wander and play. The gardening was kept on top of and there is lots of pops of coloured flowers and plants throughout.
The public toilets were definitely neglected and unhygienic, smears on walls and empty soap. The smell was off putting too as there is toilets right by the food court.
There is multiple pools and slides in 2 of them, child friendly too. Pools weren’t the cleanest and had a lot of things floating around (tissues and litter) even early in the morning. Around the pool (especially with the biggest slides) was dirty and felt slimy to walk on. Life guards were sometimes distracted too!
There was a lot of food options at each meal times with hand made pizzas at lunch times which I thought was a nice touch. Drinks quality could be improved- cocktails and coffee machines in particular.
Overall, we did enjoy our holiday but we most likely won’t return!

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished. However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn.
The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying. The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired. However, the food was quite good and offered plenty of variety.
The well-organized events, such as the Oktoberfest, are a positive highlight. The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks.
A major drawback is the towel policy. The daily collection and delivery of bath towels is an unnecessary hassle for guests and is handled much better in many other resorts.

Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides. Well prepared for kids with plenty of entertainments including evenings. Tasty food and served non stop. Really friendly and helpful staff. There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free. It’s always saving space in your luggage. I can easily recommend stay in this hotel.

I take at least two holidays a year with my family and this would be my first time in Turkey.
The resort was quite far from the airport as expected but the shuttle bus driver for Love Holidays was very pleasant.
Arrived at the hotel and my family was split up to stay on two separate buildings. Travelled with my husband and 15 year old son and son was given a room in a totally different building. The receptionist was not friendly. Said he didn’t have another room and actually shouted at me when I said I wasn’t happy about the situation as the two rooms were booked under one reservation. I asked why I had reserved two rooms and also declare the age of my child on the booking only to be given rooms miles apart. I informed him I wasn’t comfortable but he shrugged his shoulders, said something in Turkish and shouted at me to leave the desk area. He said to take it up with his manager in the morning. It was 11pm at night so we accepted the rooms but my son stayed with us. We got to the bigger room and was met with a vile smell. The room smelled of poo throughout our stay. I believe the toilet water was sewage water. Unsure if the smell was coming from the drainpipe in the shower cubicle as well, but it was worse when in the toilet. I ensure the toilet seat cover was always down but this did not help matters. The AC was constantly left on to make breathing easier but then we got too cold as there were no blankets/duvet in the room/on the bed. I called and requested for some blankets which was provided but not without drama.
Queuing for food around the pool was another bad experience. A lot of people gave up queuing up as staff took very long in serving. Staff didn’t smile and were not friendly. They did not communicate with guests and always wore a frown on their faces. Guests did not find them approachable. Not sure about other guests but my family and I always ensure we say our “pleases” and “thank you’s”. In fact, they looked upset most of the time. I wondered if they liked working at all or if they were treated badly by Euphoria resort.
For a big resort, the buffet choices were quite disappointing. The restaurant system was quite disorganised compared to other resorts I’d visited. Expected lamb but the meat tasted like fish. Unsure what it was, so I didn’t eat it. If you go to the restaurant at the advertised time for meal, you’d have nothing left to eat. The restaurant always open about an hour earlier. When you get there, the hot meals are not hot. They were warm meals or cold meals. The omelettes and sun eggs were cold.
This is my first time in Turkey and I had high expectations but I was left extremely disappointed and will never return to Turkey. My last holiday to Morocco at the Iberostar was superb. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They actually showed an interest in their guests. They engaged our kids and got them involved in activities. We felt safe and happy to leave our kids around the resort. The food choice was so much better and you knew what you were eating.
The Euphoria resort did not meet the expectations of a five star resort. Staff were not friendly nor helpful, food was awful, room was terrible due to the awful sewage smell, receptionist was incredibly rude and nasty. Can’t comment on the entertainment side of things as didn’t experience it.

Please avoid this hotel, the staff are rude and speak no english and despite effort of using google translate they still refused to help!
The room will remain dirty, hair in the sink, bin not emptied at all throughout stay. Food is mediocre, has no taste, and reservations to restaurants is done on the day and even so you have to chase the person organising so please be aware you can spend 3 hours doing your part only to be told it is fully booked. We were there 8 night and managed to go 1 restaurants after 3 attempts of multiple visits. My finger got infected, full of puss and they wanted to charge for a plaster, refused us to see the medic, nas a doctor I was ashamed to see people are forced to not have basic needs meet at this hotel!
Absolutely the worst experience
Ruined my holiday and absolutely waist of money and time!
