We are just home from an amazing 10 days here staying 3-13 October 2025. The hotel we cannot fault spotless and great for families. We loved the food snacks and dinner here was constant fresh meat from the hot plates being served and all the buffet food constantly being changed. Would have loved to see a omelette hot plate at breakfast! although we are not big breakfast fans on the occasion we did go it was just your standard buffet breakfast. Rooms we stayed magnus side and was not a big fan of the open double shower no privacy for adults or children. Room was otherwise great decent size with balcony. Entertainment mini disco started at 7.30 which my daughter was too old for and the acts didn't start till 9 but only on till 10 which we thought was a little disappointing. Pools were brilliant especially the pool with slides on fergus side children and adults definitely had alot of fun on these. Paguera center is only a 15-20 minute walk but can get bus every day except Saturday from hotel. The shops and bars are in abundance with beautiful beaches and very relaxed. Had an amazing time and would definitely return.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed in room 435 (ground floor) — lovely room, really clean & well presented. Only downside at first was the bed — after two nights with no sleep and a sore back I checked, and the mattress had been put on the wrong way up 🤦‍♀️! Once flipped, it was so much better. Just a little note for anyone with buggies or wheelchairs — there’s a bit of a ridge and a patio lip which isn’t ideal. Not a massive issue, but worth mentioning. The food was good overall, but I do think the kids’ selection could be better — my little one got bored of the same few choices, and didn’t enjoy the main buffet much as most things were mixed with sauces or cooked into dishes. That said, he became obsessed with the hard-boiled eggs at breakfast, so that saved us 😂 Our 3-year-old loved the pools, although we did find them a bit on the cold side — a few times he came out looking a bit blue 🥶 Still, he had loads of fun! 🌟 Food tip if you're staying nearby: We went out one night for steak and tried La Hacienda Steak House in Peguera (about a 30-minute walk from the hotel — our sat nav said 25). Genuinely the best steak I've ever had! Highly recommend it. Definitely glad I booked in advance — we went on a Tuesday at 7:30pm and it was packed! 🚌 One really handy feature was the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the town — super helpful if you don’t fancy the walk! Timetables are available at reception, and it was really easy to use. All in all, a great family break with lots of lovely memories 💛

Just back from a week at Fergus Club Europa and what can I say it was amazing! To start we arrived and check in was easy and staff were super friendly. Our room a Magnus Style Suite was great plenty of space. All staff we encountered were really friendly and it was super clean. The pools were great and the lifeguards were really friendly and great with the kids, only issue with pool was no big floats allowed which I wish I'd have known prior to letting my son buy a big turtle float, we made use of it on the beach though which was a 15 min walk away or 5-10mins on the free shuttle. Entertainment we only saw the kids and that was good best entertainer was Bob who was great in the evening with the kids and the was on entertainment around the pool another day...brilliant! Food was good I do have the view that all hotels offering all inclusive the food is all very similar that been said everything was cooked well and there was plenty of choice. Drinks wise some branded alcohol available on all inclusive and the cocktails change each day. A great holiday had by all

It was my first holiday abroad since I was 15 and I brought my 18 and 13 year old. I read the reviews and was very nervous about coming. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was beautiful. Bit hilly but still gorgeous. The food was amazing, the rooms were basic but you only need them to lay your head down for the night. The staff were so friendly and there were activities on daily. We all enjoyed it so much we would come again. Don’t let bad reviews deter you from trying this great hotel. A holiday is what you make it and we had a fantastic time

We picked this hotel after reading the reviews. Upon arrival we were impressed by the entrance and Foyer, walking through the communal areas there is some pretty well kept gardens and the bungalows have a nice traditional Spanish look to them. Beds are comfortable, Shower pressure good and I like the intention towards a boutique hotel look. Unfortunately this hotel has obviously deteriorated since some of the great reviews and we were left sadly disappointed with the quality overall. Rooms were never cleaned throughly, had to inform reception as no maid attended, had no apology and when returned only the beds were roughly made. Broken toilet roll holder, rusty and mould in shower/bath, dirty balcony, rubbish and beakers were left outside our room the whole holiday. Patio door lock was broken and fixed with a hook with only one screw attached. We were unable to see out of our balcony whilst sitting as the railing has been replaced with a solid bit of wall (awful) We were all-inclusive; Fresh fruit and bread was very good, griddle chef area was a good standard, especially at breakfast with pancakes and eggs, but the quality of some foods was very low, the juice was very artificial sweetener squash, ( I recommend to take your own tea bags as the ones supplied are extremely weak) tomato sauce with pasta was very poor quality. Bacon was square and mostly fat? Gluten free area is good but there is no dedicated vegetarian/vegan area with no clear labels so be careful as some say vegetables but may have hidden meat/cheese. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the top and the proximity to the coves which was absolutely stunning. We would 100% not rate this a 4-star, repairs, better house-keeping and better quality in the restaurant is very much needed.
