Loved our experience here, rooms were basic but ok. (Who spends time in them other than sleeping anyway) Staff were polite and friendly. Food was lovely there's something for everyone with different specials everyday. Waterpark is excellent with 3 pools (there are a few tiles missing but as long as ur careful you won't cut yourself) drinks are generous (they aren't shy however with cocktail of the day ask for extra alcohol) evening entertainment is fabulous for kids. We love it so much we want to come back next year. Surrounding area is beautiful great bars and beautiful beaches

Check-in was speedy but it was early hours of the morning, the men at reception were friendly and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We hired pool/beach towels for a €10 per towel deposit, payable in cash only. The room was basic, tbe mattresses were comfortable but the fridge was not clean and the shower head holder were broken. Cleanliness was ok but not great and during our stay the cleaning was very poor. We found the restaurant seating adequate although again at times not clean with food on the floor from the night before at breakfast. The food quality wasnt amazing and was often warm at best. The pools were OK but need maintenance, all 3 of my children have several cuts on their feet from the pool and I can only imagine it's the broken and missing tiles. Overall the staff were friendly and great with our kids with the exception of the guy on the burger food truck who was exceptionally rude and should not be working in hospitality. Evenings were good with entertainment, however much like the day some families let their kids run riot with no regard for what they are doing.

Stayed for 1 night for a birthday celebration in October and thought it was worth every cent. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Xisca at reception checking in, and Alba who helped to organise a birthday cake for my daughter. The room was very spacious with a large balcony and clean on arrival. Cleaning team all smiley, welcoming and friendly. The pools were cold (it is October so that is to be expected ) Slides and bounce ball were very fun, lifeguards were professional but friendly. Food was fine (again for 1 night) perhaps if staying a longer period this choices would not be sufficient. The bar staff were not the most friendly, and even in October the service was slow and always a queue which is something I had not experienced before even if going to a hotel in August. Overall I would come again as we had a very pleasant experience for a very competitive price. If you are people who want to try more local cuisine, or like a lot of variety or quiet time – this is probably not the hotel for you. It is definitely very family / children orientated hotel. Good location hotel, close to the beach, the pirates adventure dinner show and many more places. The pools and waterslides are amazing especially for children and was always sun loungers available to sit on. The rooms are very spacious and have a lot of room can sleep a lot of people. The only thing that brings my review down to 3 stars is a major impact the food has on this hotel. I’m sure if you upgrade to the magnus you could have a better experience with it but for us the normal restaurant was a fairly poor experience, food was rarely even warm and was very repetitive, yes it has themed nights but overall the same food. Which in all fairness is okay but just not enjoyable, we just felt as though we had to eat it because we paid for it not like we wanted to eat it and were looking forward to our meals. Entertainment was good, had a variety of different things like a magic show, singers and acrobats. That did also get a little repetitive aswell and we had a few bad experiences at the bar trying to get drinks being told by the bartenders we were pushing in while we had waited 10 minutes in a queue. Overall, very nice hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the food was a fairly big letdown.

We've just come back from our holiday here, and we all had an amazing time! We had a magnus room, which was a lovely room. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. The food available was of a good variety. We all had something that we enjoyed eating available to us, and the food trucks were great, too! It was great that there were various bars around the resort, the drinks available were good, and our girls loved the mocktail. The pools were also great again, plenty to choose from. We all loved the slides. The rainbow ones were great fun. Both of our girls loved the jumping water pillow too every day they asked to go on it! I must give a big shout out to the lifeguards they all did an amazing job at all pools and slides. As well as sometimes trying to sort out the sun lounger problem of people reserving them with towels. A card would be put down to give 40 minutes return if people didn't return in the time they did take their towels away to free up them for others. Entertainment was great throughout the whole day up until the evening! I loved the aqua zumba/gym it was great fun. The girls also enjoyed joining in with volleyball, water polo, as well as other activities. The pink pool party was fun! My youngest went to the mini club a couple of times too and enjoyed it. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. We all loved the quiz night! Our youngest loved the mini disco. We did venture out for walks to the beach and shops, which was a 10-minute walk. There was so much fun stuff available to do on site that we didn't feel the need for a day out anywhere as there was more than enough stuff to entertain us all. We hope to return at some point, especially my youngest, as she wasn't tall enough for the orange and yellow slides!
