I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the food was simply outstanding—delicious and beautifully presented. Although my stay was brief, the level of care and attention from the hotel staff made it truly memorable. A special mention goes to Mr. Ravindra at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met with a warm and professional attitude. The entire staff was amazing—helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel’s convenient location also made it easy for me to access all the places I wanted to visit, which added to the overall experience. OK the room is halfway decent just a bit of weird smell. But the first shock was that no visitors allowed to the room - no friends can come up to the room for a chat ect. And then they start the discotheque on the ground floor in evening and it is impossible to sleep in the room. Very poor - definitely not a 4star hotel. Do not recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and had tasty options. It's located in a good part of deira where outside food options were plenty and also affordable shopping outlets were nearby. The only small critique I can give to improve experience in the rooms, the hotel should include bathroom slippers for guests. It's really dangerous having to walk on the wet floor as you exit the shower. A guest could potentially slip and fall.
