I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the food was simply outstanding—delicious and beautifully presented.
Although my stay was brief, the level of care and attention from the hotel staff made it truly memorable. A special mention goes to Mr. Ravindra at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met with a warm and professional attitude.
The entire staff was amazing—helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel’s convenient location also made it easy for me to access all the places I wanted to visit, which added to the overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and had tasty options. It's located in a good part of deira where outside food options were plenty and also affordable shopping outlets were nearby. The only small critique I can give to improve experience in the rooms, the hotel should include bathroom slippers for guests. It's really dangerous having to walk on the wet floor as you exit the shower. A guest could potentially slip and fall.

Recently, we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights through booking.com and had a very bad experience from them. We reached the hotel at midnight with our small kids and old parents. After reaching the hotel, the reception guy made us wait half an hour and later he informed that the booking was cancelled by booking.com(There was no intimation or email from hotel or booking.com).Booking was done with our valid card which we use regularly for our online transcations.They told to reserve a new booking with a double rate. Staff are not at all cooperative and very rude behavior. IF WE HAVE NEGATIVE STAR RATING WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE.

Wow! We had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were great and especially the room service and the food was amazing! We only stayed for a few days but we were looked after very well by the hotel, especially by Mr Ravindra at those front desk who made sure we were comfortable and had all our needs met! Really recommend this place as it was conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to visit
