Staff at front door to welcome was great . At reception they were very curtsy with all info if you ask they knew answer . Good direction and how to get cab even I lost my phone in cab they help me out to get it . Breakfast was excellent and lots of curtsy with service. Housekeeping Maid service was excellent.like 24x7.One exceptional thing happened maid name shame on me I lost her name card while traveling. She got balloons and cards for my wife for her birthday even I forgot. She made her day was excellent. Her name start with M . Over all excellent

The hotel is really clean and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are of a very nice size and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful from the front desk, housekeeper, concierge and restaurant. They always go above and beyond to ensure we have a good stay. The hotel has a nice gym and a small rooftop pool. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. It also has some shops next to it as well. The location is a bit of a travel to Jumheria beach but it is closer to gold souk.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly breakfast staff Miss Basnet, lovely and helpful concierge as a great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service from Mr Rohit. Food was good every single day. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
