A big thank you to Christopher at the reception! I have stayed at this hotel twice before and always enjoyed it. Unbeatable location and value. Unfortunately I got a bit unlucky this time with a room that was very noisy due to an AC being very close to the window from another building. Christopher immediately stepped in and accommodated. He ensured I was able to switch rooms for the remainder of my stay. The rooms are good size for NY and clean. Have a big TV and plenty of storage space. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Great location for our plans. The front desk was 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and greeted us with hello and smile, The hotel should be very proud of front desk staff. Only complaint is that our towels were not replaced 2 of 3 days we stayed.

Great stay and perfect location for the passport center. All staff were friendly, room was clean and nice, Marriott Gold offered late checkout, fast wifi and nice bar plus free coffee in the morning in a very great area. I want to give Chris who was working the late evening October1/morning October2 an extra shoutout. This was a difficult trip and he was so professional, kind and welcoming, truly a great ambassador for Marriott.

After staying here, I was surprised with the low rating it has on google. They are remodeling the downstairs area, although there were no workers working on anything while we were there. The lobby certainly will benefit from the remodel to make it more cozy, but other than that the hotel was awesome. The rooms seemed were very up to date; the tv and bed were amazing. We had lots of options on our tv! We had no problems with noise, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The water got hot quickly, and they offer great bath/body supplies in the shower. The room felt like the perfect size- not cramped at all. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, and the location is perfect!

Housekeeping is good but don't expect it early. Front staff was always nice amd helpful. The rooms are very small and yes I've traveled world wide. Reconsider the semi opaque doors which wake up light sleepers. The hotel P&L would be improved easily--look at the huge water flows when faucets turned on. The elevators were timely.
