I stayed at Four points by Sheraton Soho, located in Charlton street off Houston street, 3 minutes away from Houston and spring subway stations. Frankly speaking it's not my first time in New York I have stayed before at several hotels in Midtown Manhattan this one is unique, I didn't regret my stay and If I visit New York one more time I will definitely stay there. Rooms are cozy, bathroom had all the supplies, AC was awesome, quiet neighborhood, a lot of places to grab a bite from close by. The fridge is extra you need to request it as well as breakfast. Very friendly staff, neat and nice place. Highly recommended.

We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jay and Bryce during our 5 night stay, and I can't praise them enough! From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome made us feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, Jay and Bryce handled everything with a smile and genuine care. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated our NYC experience, making this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Thank you, Jay and Bryce, for your exceptional service!
Only negatives were the bathtub didn't drain no matter how many attempts to fix, and the fan on A/C quit blowing when desired temperature reached making for uncomfortable nights.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, right off 7th Ave and near the West Village pizza places for a late night bite. It is right between Houston and Spring Street subway stations so easy to get anywhere fast. The rooms aren't large, but had queen size beds and looked modern and were well appointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and did anything to make our stay better. Will definitely stay here again.

BED BUGS BEWARE!!!!!! NO HELP PROVIDED!!!!
I stayed at this hotel the last weekend of July and the day after after the first night I noticed bites on my legs resembling bed bugs. I travel often and have experienced bed bugs before, so I am familiar with what they look like. I went back to the hotel in a panic and had the colleague who was also staying in the room with me report the bites to the supervisor at the front desk. Angie, the supervisor, asked her a couple of questions and when asked about the bites, said, "yup, that sounds like bed bugs". She informed her that there were absolutely zero other rooms available to move us to and the best she could do was change our sheets until somebody could come do a formal inspection. We were absolutely not ok with this as it was 11pm on a Saturday night, mortified. She offered 10,000 Marriott points and to cancel the last night of our reservation (Sunday night). We left the hotel and were told inspection would come the next morning. Nobody came until Monday afternoon. Inspection reported back there were no bed bugs in the room, so when Angie emailed me, she told me she could not refund any of my stay.
I know for certain there were bed bugs in that room as I hadn't stayed anywhere else. Regardless of the inspection results, had I stayed the rest of my stay, inspection would have come after I checked out on Monday potentially leaving us in an unlivable environment with bed bugs. There seemed to be no compassion or offering of a solution neither in the moment to put us at ease (other than changing our sheets which we know does not do anything for bed bug treatment), or afterward.
When I emailed her back in her response to not refunding me for some of my stay, at least for the Saturday night that we didn't even stay there, I asked for the manager's contact info as I wanted to submit a formal complaint, ANGIE DIDN'T EVEN EMAIL ME BACK. It's been days without a response.
I have had status with Marriott for years and it's incredibly disappointing that this is how I was treated here. Between the amount of money I have had to spend to have my belongings professionally cleaned and treated and the emotional distress this caused me and individuals on the trip with me, I don't think 10,000 Marriott points is sufficient.
Angie and this hotel have been negligent and lacked compassion throughout this whole situation and are putting people in danger staying there.

Came into SoHo for work, and this place was a block and a half a way, so it was prime location for me. From the minute I walked in half-awake from my flight, the front desk staff were welcoming and warm. I had a quick check in, and they even ordered me a cab for my trip back a couple days later. The hotel was smaller, but made up for it in convenience, price, and friendliness. I'll be using them for my other trips into NYC.
