Excellent hotel very clean convenient and with all you need for a perfect stay. Very friendly staff. Polite. Coffee and hot cocoa available all the time. Complimentary breakfast it's OK. No too many choices but clean and tasty. The women in charge rush herself to keep stations clean and filled. They text you once in a while to check in you. If you need something. Rooms and bathrooms clean enough. I'm very happy to stay with them

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my husband and we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk lady Karina was very nice and accommodating as well as the 2 managers, the engineer and the breakfast staff. I forgot their names lol. This isn't a modern or fancy hotel, it is a bit outdated but it is definitely cozy and pleasent. My toilet flooded the room with in the first few days of our stay and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The managers and staff gave me a new room, added 25k member points to my husbands account, and did anything else that we needed. They remembered us everytime they saw us and treated us like family. The breakfast staff noticed that we attended breakfast every morning and personally asked us what we liked and they delivered. We really appreciated how special everyone made us feel. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel at home, but it was the genuine hospitality for me. On the downside, the parking prices are astonishing at $65 a day, they validate the parking ticket with a $12 discount but it's still very pricy. The parking attendant said that the holiday inn was the most expensive, but the Hyatt which is right next door is only $35 a day. The hotel also has alot of traffic with large groups of people coming in and out and also alot of random smells of weed and cigarettes. Mainly weed; in which we were falsely accused of smoking in our room by the cleaning person. I understand that they have to be aware of the smells as they are cleaning but we don't smoke at all and we had to explain this to the front desk staff immediately after the accusation. They were VERY apologetic and even shocked when realizing that the entire hallway reeked of the Marijuana smell and it wasn't us. This was handled almost immediately and we were yet again accommodated and treated with the upmost respect. Aside from a few hiccups this was overall the best experience. Thank you again for all the staff who accommodated us for those 2 weeks.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Wall Street! The location is unbeatable—right near the subway, making it super easy for us to explore the city. Plus, we were just a short walk from the Liberty Cruise ferry and the Brooklyn Bridge, which was a huge plus for our sightseeing plans.
To top it off, we were given an early check-in since we arrived in New York early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Location is very good, being a very short walk away from Wall St and Fulton St stations. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. The interior is tiring slowly but still in good condition. Breakfast was basic but filling - it is best to go early for breakfast or else it gets quite busy.
The only con was when I checked in, I accidentally left my passport wallet on the counter (silly me after being away for nearly 30hrs). Instead of being contacted by the staff member I checked in with, who could have noticed that I left the item behind, it was put into a lost property drawer.

This hotel seemed like a good option due to the free breakfast and it's location. I had never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn... until now. My dad and I checked in, and they had overbooked our hotel room. The person at the desk gave us a different room for the night and said we probably wouldn't have to switch rooms the next day. The next morning the lady at the desk was extremely unsympathetic and told us we would have to move our stuff out of the room, and wouldn't have access to a room for a few hours (that we had already paid for to have the entire day). She kicked us out of our room, and said "it wouldn't be fair to the next people in that room that you guys are in currently, even though it's going to be unfair to you". (Which didn't make sense because they had no problem booking someone in the room we were supposed to have). She said all they could do for us is give us IHG points, we never got any points from it. My father and I had to pack everything back up and leave it all downstairs in the lobby. There were constantly people in the lobby complaining about being double charged, and having the wrong room.
Their rooms are tiny, if you are trying to have space for more than a couple people, don't book here. The rooms smell moldy and are humid, plus our room had multiple leaks in the bathroom that would soak all of our items if left on the counter. Their breakfast room is tiny, and consistently overcrowded.
