Nice Holiday Inn in the Chelsea District… Overall good location… Huge call out to the front desk… Especially to Rouina who went above and beyond with Service. She helped with the luggage and took time out and made us feel special. Call out also to Destiny who was extremely personable and very helpful !! The breakfast buffet was just ok… Typical of what you’d expect but overpriced at $29… This is a typical Holiday Inn Kind of explains it as the hotel is sold out most of the time

I like staying in Chelsea as it tends to be quieter at night. My room on the 18th floor was very quiet indeed. The desk staff is very nice and they provide housekeeping every day. The only downside is that the bathroom is very small. Easily walkable to midtown and subway stops are close by.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave and had a great experience overall. The room was on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable — perfect for a few nights in the city. The location can’t be beat — close to Times Square, the subway, and lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. A special shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Hello, I am from Washington DC, born and raised. I am here in NYC on company business. Doing my stay here, everyone has been great, from the front desk staff to the restaurant. I also got a chance to explore in the restaurant and Nicole was awesome. Her personality was amazing and professional. I would not only return to this hotel but also recommend as well.

Recently myself and my wife stayed here. Some staff were OK however the vast majority were not. The friendliness was not up to standard and did not feel approachable. Food was absolutely disastrous as we couldn't eat anything whatsoever especially as my wife is gluten intolerant. My security deposit was kept despite being promised that it would be returned if there wasn't any damage to the room which was left tidy, clean and just the way it was left when we arrived. When asked why this wasn't being returned, the male member of staff spoke far too quickly which just plainly came across as lies just to make extra money when we both paid enough already. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
