Overall the Hotel experience was great. Rooms were cleaned every day, check in and out was easy and they were able to hold our bags for us a few hours after check out.
Our only problem was receiving our security deposit back. We have still not received our security back after countless calls to the hotel and having left over three weeks ago. Our room was spotless when we left and nothing had been broken or taken. We have talked to the hotel and they have acknowledged that our room had no damages to it. If this is not resolved soon I will be taking further action to the corporate office and legal action if it gets to that point.

Guest should only choose this hotel for the location,it’s amazing. The breakfast was very bad. Had 3-4 options only everyday . People have to just come for bed to this hotel and please get your own amenities. They don’t even give you that.the rooms are very small . They don’t provide room Service as well . They have two elevators for a 25 floors building . So we have to wait for 5-10 mins for the elevator itself .
P.S - The staff is very kind though!! 😀

Rooms size is okay if small, bathroom was the same. Fourth floor with no view but that's not the hotels fault, thats city living. A/c was quiet and worked well. No kettle? Coffee maker but no sugar or milk? No fridge that I could see which was a bit disappointing. Staff friendly enough but obviously quite overworked. Gym was a bit rubbish so I didn't use it. GOOD location with LOADS of easy food options available so that makes up for all the other downsides. There's a decent supermarket a two minute walk away and very close cafes. Overall, despite a couple of missed opportunities, it's a good, convenient and well located hotel close to what you will need. My personal recommendation is the Metro Cafe for their hot bar and burgers.

We stayed here in October 2024. Rooms were not a bad size, bathroom well equipped. Check in and out was fine, they held our bags for us till our flight later that day. No problems with staff. Rooms fairly quiet, no other noise from other guests but could hear some noise from outside but nothing that kept us awake too long. Good location, 25min walk to Times Square. Only downside was no kettle, just a coffee pod machine, so tea tasted of coffee. I'm British, I need a nice cup of tea! Also hot water was intermittent, I'm guessing system can't handle lots of people showering in the morning well. Would stay again though.

I recently secured a last-minute room at this hotel and regrettably, it ranks as the worst I've ever encountered. If possible, I strongly recommend go to Hilton across the street. Upon arrival, I explicitly requested a room with two beds for my family of four, only to be assigned a single-bed room. While I understand last-minute bookings can be challenging, the front desk staff were remarkably unhelpful and dismissive. Furthermore, the concierge casually mentioned free breakfast to other guests, leading me to believe it was included in our stay. However, when we inquired, we were met with an exorbitant $10 per person charge. The breakfast itself was a significant disappointment, with only the sausage being palatable. To compound matters, we were severely cramped in the single-bed room, resulting in a mere three hours of sleep for my entire family. This experience was deeply unsatisfactory.
