We stayed here in October 2024. Rooms were not a bad size, bathroom well equipped. Check in and out was fine, they held our bags for us till our flight later that day. No problems with staff. Rooms fairly quiet, no other noise from other guests but could hear some noise from outside but nothing that kept us awake too long. Good location, 25min walk to Times Square. Only downside was no kettle, just a coffee pod machine, so tea tasted of coffee. I'm British, I need a nice cup of tea! Also hot water was intermittent, I'm guessing system can't handle lots of people showering in the morning well. Would stay again though.

Great location ! Easy access to most train stations and walking distance to Times Square. The front desk staff wasn’t the greatest, they lacked basic customer service. However, cleaning staff was amazing ! Beds are uncomfortable and the room is tiny. We stayed in a double room. Overall I would pay the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel nearby.

Stayed here summer 24. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom was clean and nice. One lift was broken 3 out of the 4 days we stayed, which caused delays when leaving and entering the room, however they had a staff member in the working lift helping out, making the journey up and down as efficient as it could've been. They also provided a gift bag with snacks as an apology.
The location was amazing, for the price you get to be very central New York, so cool and very easy to get around. The restaurant next door: Crompton Ale House was very nice, went there twice during our stay!
Only constructive feedback I would mention is that, there wasn't many cups in the room or a kettle. I couldn't find the vending machine either, and since the lift was broken it was hard to explore other options

This hotel was in a great location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Empire State Building, 10 minute walk to Penn Station and less than 10 minutes to get to the subway. There were so many places to get food within walking distance. There was a Whole Foods about 2 blocks away. The location felt safe to me. And it wasn’t too noisy. I stayed 5 nights and slept great every night.
The hotel itself was very clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. It came with an iron and blowdryer. Very good towels. They come with full dove products in bath and shower so you wouldn’t need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The AC worked great too. They also have tables and chairs to sit outside and eat right in front of the hotel too. Only downside was our room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave but I knew that when I booked. I’d recommend this place and I’d come back again.

I guess you get what you pay for. It was fine until my key didn’t work 3x in one day. Since the hotel is so understaffed. I had to wait in the front desk line 3x. The morning desk woman was beyond nice. Thanking everyone for waiting. The evening woman was awful. She was beyond rude and yelled my room number out to the entire lobby. When I asked her to lower her voice, explaining that you don’t yell a guests room out, her response was “this is my voice and I’ll talk the way I talk!” When I asked if she was sure the key was going to work, she ignored me and checked in the next guest then bad mouthed me as I got on the elevator. The rooms are small, but to be expected and the elevators take forever. I’d pass on this hotel, due only for lack of staffing and this particular employee. I should have read the reviews first…rudeness and understaffing seems to be a theme.
