My family and I stayed at the four points for a month while we settled into life in Dubai. The thing that makes this place excellent is the staff. In particular their smiles and happy disposition lifted our spirits when trying to contend with the difficulties of setting up life in Dubai. 1. We had an excellent guy look after our room (Manoj) who took care of all of our needs. We didn’t have to ask him for anything by the end of our stay. 2. The valet team was excellent (including Sikkander and Mujib - there were others too but I didn’t catch their names). They helped get the car ready for the school runs and always greeted us with a smile! 3. The security team (including Prossy and Shakoor) always greeted us with a warm welcome and made the kids smile! 4. The team at the Publiq European Bistro were all so nice, they always made the kids smile with a few cheeky treats. The reception staff were super helpful and we were able to check in and out with ease. Overall, very happy with the stay. The kids were sad to leave! We will be returning for sure!
Munich Horseman
We were there for 11 days. The hotel offers a perfect base for exploring Dubai. All the sights can be reached easily and affordably via the Red and Green Lines. Taxis are also readily available in front of the hotel, and they are also very inexpensive. The hotel is very clean. The spacious rooms are cleaned daily, and drinks are refilled daily. The young man who cleaned our room was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we unfortunately had a corner room on the 9th floor with a sea view. We asked at the reception desk if we it ist possible to get a room with a view of Burj Khalifa. The employee (Sheena) said it is no problem and gave us a room on the 17th floor with an amazing view the following day. The staff took care of transporting our lugages and all our belongings to the new room. The extensive breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and is delicious. I'd especially like to single out Mithila, who is always friendly and greets you with a smile, making every guest feel good. For us we felt like we've known each other since years If we travel to Dubai again, we'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The view from the hotel balcony is amazing... especially at night when the surrounding lit up with the Burj Khalifa view. The breakfast at Publiq was vast and tasty. Special thanks to Hussain from front office. He was very helpful and kind towards our requests. Will definitely stay here again for my next Dubai trip.

It was already my second stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road in September and I still like that hotel very much! Staff is extremely friendly, at the desk as well as in the restaurants and on the floors. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great views on the city and/or the sea, (depending on which side are you located) if you are accommodated on the higher floors, which I enjoyed very much. Rooms on the Sheikh Zayed Road are little bit noisy sometimes, due to the intensive traffic on the road, but other than that, the rooms are great, have all needed amenities. Top feature of the hotel, on roof restaurant has exceptionally wonderful view on the downtown including Burj Khalifa, and the on-roof pool is also great advantage of the hotel. In general, considering the service you receive, the location you are and the price, the hotel is the great value for the money you pay for it. Highly recommended !!!

**Booked for a Key Amenity That Didn't Exist; Staff Were Unhelpful** I chose the Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road specifically to access the renowned views from Lounge 43 for my photography work. The lounge was the deciding factor in my booking. Imagine my disappointment upon arrival when I was casually informed that the lounge was closed for renovations. This crucial information was not mentioned or updated on Booking.com at the time I made my reservation, which feels misleading. The unavailability of such a significant amenity should be clearly communicated to potential guests. What truly soured the experience, however, was the staff's indifferent and unhelpful response. When I explained the situation and how it entirely undermined my reason for staying, there was no apology for the misinformation, no empathy for my ruined plans, and no effort made to offer any kind of alternative or solution. A hotel's reputation is built on both its facilities and its service. In this case, both fell short. While the location is good, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially fellow photographers or travelers who book based on specific advertised features. The lack of transparency and poor customer service were very disappointing.
