Loved this vacation! Staff was amazing and accommodating. Room was clean and always stocked. Live entertainment most nights with bands, violinists, and singers. The Ginger Bar is amazing and Antonio makes the best milkshakes. Front desk staff was very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this resort and plan on returning next year.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Paradisus Palma Real truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a cheerful attitude.
The resort itself is immaculate—everything from the rooms to the common areas is spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell the team takes great pride in keeping the property pristine and inviting.
The food and drinks were another highlight of our stay. With a variety of dining options, every meal felt like a culinary adventure, offering something for every taste. The cocktails were perfectly crafted, and the service at the bars was always quick and friendly.
Overall, Paradisus Palma Real exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect place for relaxation, indulgence, and experiencing the best of all-inclusive luxury. We can’t wait to return!

Came on Friday, today is Monday. We had to go to Lobby 5 times, as our keys do not work. They could not fix the issue so the best way is to stop by lobby and ask for the “door guy” to open our rooms. No one seems really care, except us that we could not enter into the room. Also, we have two kids and our room is on the third floor and there is no elevator. We asked to change, but no luck.
Beach is good. Food is good. But because the door issue, we could not relax.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flora, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to our server, Andrea Santana. From the moment we were seated, Andrea's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
Andrea's expertise truly shone as she guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and highlighting the delectable local dishes. Her passion for the cuisine was contagious, and her descriptions made our mouths water in anticipation.
Throughout the evening, Andrea provided impeccable service, attending to our every need with a smile. She effortlessly switched between languages to ensure both my wife and I felt comfortable and understood. Her attentiveness and genuine desire to please were evident in every interaction.

The service overall was disappointing. On multiple occasions, we had to wait a long time to receive service, and some staff members appeared uninterested in assisting guests. There was also no service at the beach, which meant I had to return to the property every time I needed something.
The food was poor in quality. During lunch, my partner noticed a fly on some of the dishes, which was concerning. The worst part was instead of replacing the whole dish, they just removed the fly. Furthermore, the kitchen area was open, allowing insects and birds to freely surround the food, which made it unappealing. The variety and taste of the meals were far below what I expected. The steak served was especially difficult to chew and quite tough, which was very disappointing. and I found it difficult to enjoy most of the meals provided. Despite the resort being advertised as all-inclusive, we were charged extra for drinks such as mezcal and certain wines. Only the house wine was included, which felt misleading. This restriction greatly reduced the value of the all-inclusive package.
There were no events or entertainment throughout our stay, which made the resort feel quite dull. Without any fun activities or engaging programs, the overall atmosphere was boring and lacked excitement.
On the final day at check out, we asked couple of employees at front desk including supervisor named Lorenzo to have someone bring our luggage to the lobby, however no one seemed to care about bringing our luggage to the transport on time, which caused us a lot of stress as we feared missing our flight . This lack of attention to such an important matter was extremely frustrating.
Given these issues, we were disappointed with my stay. I had hoped for a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience, especially considering the reputation of this resort. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can lead to improvements for future guests.
