We went to this awesome place with my fam in 2023 and it was totally lit! Everything was top-notch – the rooms were spotless, the food was bomb, and the drinks were killer.
The restaurant had a killer view of the Sea, and the pools were super clean. We didn't spend too much time there 'cause we preferred the beach, which was unreal. The water was crystal clear, and the view was breathtaking. The only downside was that it got a bit packed on weekends.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the programs were alright. The night shows were kinda meh, but we had a good time anyway. We actually went to the Globales Samoa the year before, and their shows were way better.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations ever!

Very friendly staff. Rooms very quite small, but I think it depends on where you are?
The restaurant is hectic.People everywhere and having to move out of the way all the time. The bread is in one place and the butter is a different room. The same with the milk for tea.
I would've preffered premium drinks as opposed to local wines and spirits.
The staff were all so nice and really made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy.

Myself my partner and our 1 year old are currently here
And it’s probably the worst hotel we have stayed in the food is absolutely vile it made my child extremely unwell with sickness and diarrhoea for 4 days to the point where he had to be seen by medical professionals
We have had to eat out everyday just to get a decent meal
The entertainment is okay but mainly the same thing every night
Items of clothing and our son’s teddy have been stolen from our room too!!
It’s meant to be a family hotel but it’s not child friendly at all
You have to paid 3-5€ for any ice lollies or ice cream the burger and pizza bar are terrible too
Only good thing about this place is that it’s a 1 minute walk to the strip of shops and restaurants

I recently stayed at Globales America in Palma de Mallorca and had an amazing experience! The hotel offers stunning views of the Mediterranean, and waking up to the sound of the waves was simply delightful. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes.
The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic – just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local attractions. I highly recommend Globales America for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing holiday in Palma de Mallorca. I can't wait to return!

Disappointing Stay at Globales America Hotel in Mallorca
I recently stayed at the Globales America hotel in Mallorca with my wife and her parents, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by some issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned two rooms that were connected by a locked door, which we found to be an unexpected and inconvenient arrangement, especially considering we had booked two separate rooms. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, the lack of separation between them was a drawback.
We also felt that the room assignments were not equitable, as one room had a balcony with a lovely view, while the other room's balcony was smaller and overlooked an angle. The receptionist explained that this was a common practice for groups of four, but we felt that this should be clearly communicated beforehand, especially considering we had booked two separate rooms.
Furthermore, we encountered some issues with the hotel's amenities. The fridge in our room was dirty and not functional, which was frustrating. The shower also leaked water after each use, causing water to flood the bathroom and even the rest of the room. We requested that it be fixed, but it was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the safe box in our room required payment, which is an unusual practice for a 4-star hotel.
While parking is free at the hotel, the parking lot is small and can be difficult to navigate. Guests need to be attentive to snag a parking spot when one becomes available.
Regarding the all-inclusive package, we were disappointed by the quality of the food. While there was a wide variety of options, some of the fruits and vegetables seemed to be past their expiration dates. We understand that mistakes can happen, but this was a recurring issue during our stay.
Overall, while Globales America has potential, our experience was marred by these issues. With some improvements to staff communication and attention to detail, this hotel could excel. Until then, we would recommend exercising caution when booking and setting clear expectations.
