Nice hotel in a good location close to town and beach. Dining area clean and well kept. Food was not great apart from a good selection of fruit and breads. Some hot food was cold or raw. Room spacious and clean, however when we requested a change of linen they just remade the beds with the same sheets, but everything else in room was good. The staff was the most disappointing. With the exception of one or two staff members, they were all extremely rude and unpleasant, in particular the pool bar/food area staff were unbelievably rude, one bar lady mostly. She had no customer service skills and zero patience, even when attempting to order in Spanish to her! She even shouted at customers on occasion, as did the chef. Disgraceful behaviour. Unfortunately this put such a dampener on our days at the pool and even made us change our plans on a few days out of the week.

I had a wonderful stay at Globales Mimosa. Compared to my previous all-inclusive experiences, this hotel stood out in many ways. The rooms were spacious, the views impressive, and there was a good variety of food. Overall, it lives up to its 4-star rating. Room and Views: My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials. The balcony had great views of either the sea or mountains, which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was nice, although the shower temperature wasn’t always consistent. Food and Drinks: The food selection was broad, though the quality did vary. The hotel seems to have listened to feedback, as the cocktails were freshly made and enjoyable. I particularly liked the pizzas. However, if you don’t eat fish, the variety may feel a bit limited on certain nights. Pool and Sunbeds: The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, with no extra charge for the more comfortable ones. Although the pool wasn’t heated, the October weather made it fine for swimming. Entertainment: The entertainment team worked hard to offer a range of activities. My only suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the evening shows, as some seating areas had obstructed views. Location: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of nearby attractions. In conclusion, I highly recommend Globales Mimosa for a relaxing holiday in Palma Nova. The hotel offers great value and seems to have made efforts to respond to past feedback.

Great stay. Wonderful staff especially Ana and Eva on the poolside bar all dayand the pizza chef Food varied and plentiful and great quality. room spotless, towels changed when needed as were bed sheets. Air con was fine and welcome in 35 degrees heat. There are 3 lifts but they are small so you need to be patient they can't build another lift shaft! I would have like a kettle in room and tea tray but took my own travel kettle. Animation team provided good activities and entertainment . They were great fun.Missing the pool aqua fit dance already! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back.

This hotel is lovely! I've seen a few people complain about it and I can't see why. The lifts aren't the best but they work and there are 1 or 2 members of staff that clearly don't want to be there lol it shows. The location is spot on, no hills. It's a 5 minute walk from the town and beach. The food is amazing! there's so much choice it's ridiculous. Although I am vegan and there wasn't much option other than the salad and chips. There was occasionally a dish I could have for a change. My sister in-law has a gluten intolerance and they catered to this. The staff are super friendly and helpful (except the 1or2) The hotel/rooms are to a high standard. Very clean and well decorated. The pool has black grime around the edge but the water is clean and so is the bed area. All in all I would definitely come to this hotel again and again 👍

It's a nice hotel. The only 3 things we can complain about is 1. When my 4 year old son wanted to see the mini disco (for kids) all the seats was full of drunk adults so we had to go back up to our room with a very unhappy 4 year old.. 2. The elevator situation is a joke, always waiting 10 minutes plus when we have a push chair so can't go up the stairs. 3. Mardy bar staff during the day around the pool. Apart from these 3 problem we loved the mimosa, it's a lovely place and the food is great :-) we would return if them issues was resolved
