Nice clean hotel & good location. When we were waiting to be checked in you only had access to your room early if you were all inclusive. The change in the women’s face when we said we were half board was rude! We were then told to go to the other guy at the desk who’s said nothing. We had to ask when we could get in our room and where to put the cases he was very grumpy and rude. We were half board enjoyed breakfast every morning and had 3 evening meals which were lovely and plenty of choice. The young guy at the pool bar that served drinks was lovely and a nice atmosphere around the pool area with sun-beds and a nice seating area. We really enjoyed it but the last 2 nights were ridiculously noisy. The room doors didn’t have slow closing so the majority of people just let them bang shut. In the evening you can hear people in the toilet having a wee. Kids running about in the hallway. Watching tv in our room we could listen to it with no volume as the person next door had it so loud ours did not have to be up. Our last night my partner had to go and knock their door at midnight to ask him to turn it down as we were up at 5am to get our flight home. Such a shame as it is a lovely place but just getting 3 hours sleep a night is no good for us oldies anyway. Restaurants nearby are worth a visit & loads of bars along the beachfront which we visited every night. A lovely place to visit.

Overall had a lovely stay. The rooms are adequate and cleaned daily. The only down side is the walls are so thin. We had a family with a toddler next to us who ran around in the room until late and they spoke loudly. The food was lovely with a good selection to chose from. The hotel is near to a bus stop with buses regularly into palma for more connections around the island.

Really happy with my experience in this hotel! Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful, food served every meal was delicious and varied. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, shower was a great pressure and temperature, plenty of room in the bathroom it wasn't cramped at all! Aircon in the room was great and worked so well, balcony was lovely with great views. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept, modern interior and pleasant appearance inside and out. Pool area was nice and clean, lovely atmosphere, pool bar staff were friendly, drinks were varied and plenty of options available, food served through the day at the pool bar was great to snack on! The only thing is that the layout of sunbeds and the dining room are both quite cramped and very close together but it wasn't a huge problem as the hotel wasn't very busy. Would definitely return again, me and my mum had a brilliant week's stay here.

Just packing after 11 nights stay here. Hotel is spotless, very clean and smells clean. Good quality food 3 times a day plus a great snack bar by pool. Drinks are very good some times you may have to queue at snack bar. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Full marks to the chef Valentino always got a great smile 😃 and very friendly. Great entertainment team the shows were also very good. We will be back next year.

Location is excellent, hotel clean however there is a sewage smell near the doors leading to the pool. Food was nice but repetitive
