Great hotel. Food and drinks were good for all inclusive, the location was perfect, the hotel is clean and well presented and the entertainment team were excellent for the kids. I do understand some of the issues brought up in other reviews such as lifts being too small but I have found that in a lot of hotels. Some of the bar staff could be a bit abrupt but in fairness they were efficient and so it didn’t bother me. The subbed situation does need sorting though, you have to get towels out early (like 7-7:30) to get a few together. Again, that wasn’t a massive issue for me as my kids are up early anyway, but it seems an easily solvable issue. Just say you aren’t allowed to put towels out before 9am? Overall, I thought the hotel was really good, as did the family I was with. I would go back and had a brilliant holiday, thanks.

Rooms lovely and clean, food wasn’t the best if it wasn’t cold when you got it it was cold by the time you got to the table. Most staff were really lovely however I have to mention one life guard was really rude, seemed to be out looking for an argument with every family she come accross!! Wasn’t a pleasure sitting round the pool when she was on duty made it miserable for all families sat round pool so we ended up at the beach every day. Other than that I can’t really fault the hotel just one experience that has put me off from returning.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice food and great pool. Only downside was you could hear everything through the walls in the room, take ear plugs, there were some very loud families there, and they would be so loud going back to their rooms at midnight+ and always sounded like furniture was being scraped across the floor above us at all hours. We never got a full night's rest. I would also say the drinks selection isn't very big for the all inclusive option.

Not a bad hotel. The staff are a bit miserable and not very friendly or forthcoming. Normally you get chatty and get to know hotel staff after 8 days didn't have 1 interaction with staff apart from hello and goodbye. The lifts were small and couldn't get a double buggy in the lift or through the room door so something worth thinking about if travelling and needing a double buggy.

Stayed with partner for a week all inclusive 19/26th Aug. Hotel & room spotless. Large main pool with plenty sunbeds, chairs & tables, plus a kiddies pool. Snackbar available 11am/6pm. Hotel food was ok a bit repetitive but decent. Hotel rooms good size with fridge & kettle, have to pay £38 for the safe for the week. Balcony's had table chairs and airer. No issues with staff all friendly. Five minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous. Plenty shops bars close by. All in all we would definitely recommend the hotel and the area.
