Many thanks to the entire team around Nathalie (lobby), in the restaurant and also at breakfast. We had a lot of communicative fun and always received helpful tips. And if something was not so good, then they immediately remedied it - they were also open to very good surprises - one of our family had a birthday and they recognized that and organized a lot of lovely little kindnesses for them - without us knowing it beforehand. The rooms were excellent and the food + drinks were of a very high quality. It's worth coming back!!!

First of all thanks to the personnel for the possibility of the early check in, we were very thankful, due to being tired after a long night flight. Kind and friendly staff, room is big enough with good sized beds (huge) and also comfortable enough. I recommend a room with a view at the creek ! Metro stations a little bit too far by foot, but still manageable. A good 5-Star Experience overall !

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Starting with the manager, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and generous. One standout was the wonderful lady manager Ms Tabitha was simply amazing. She truly went out of her way to help us and brought so much joy to the experience. The best part of this hotel is the staff—they are always willing to help and make sure every need is met. The location is fantastic, but it’s the wonderful people who make this place truly special. Highly recommend staying here!
